This is the absolute best overview of the weber kettle grill I have ever seen in my 25+ years of cooking on a weber kettle. Well done! well done! well done! not the meat… you!
Who is this girl??? She explains the iconic Weber grill better anyone on the internet, and far beyond the weber reps. She went into detail and explains with perfect instructions on how you should cook on this little kettle!!! Love 💘 thus video. I'm sharing to all my friends that need the help and I'm also subscribing!!!!
@@bestkitchenreviewsjust bought weber magic touch grill and it's instruction isn't even on the app they said to refer. Thank you. Weber should give you commission. My first kettle and you covered so many bases.
I never grilled before, so I want you to know that 2 years after you made this video it is helping me get through hurricane ian, now that I have no power. Thank you
This ranks among the best Top 10 videos for Folks Who Are New To Kettle Grills/Smokers. I haven't read every review, but when I lived in Maryland I used an Offset Charcoal/Wood Burning Smoker. My wife had me dump the "COLD" Ash around her Roses, Azaleas, Box Woods and a number of other plants. In a couple of monts the results were Amazing. Well That's My 2 Cents. Cheers & Thank You.
I cannot express how great this video overview and guide is. I just picked one of these up and having never grilled, I had no idea the best way to use this and the charcoal starter. Posted 4 years ago but still the best vid out there on this grill. Thank you so much for this!
I just subscribed. I appreciate your video. No fluff and 3 minutes of crap I have to listen to just to hear what I want to hear. 98% of the video was actual information on the grill and the last 2% was you doing promotion. Great way to do it.
Learned more about grilling from your video than EVER, and I’m 73, and just chucked my gas Weber for the charcoal performer deluxe. Keep em coming, Thanks Steve Asheville NC
Clear instructions for beginners, much better than what those so-called experts dudes provide, who often miss important details like the correct temperature.
I started with a Weber kettle over forty years ago but “upgraded” to gas grills like so many other people. A year or so ago I went back to a Weber and wonder why I ever did the “upgrade.” Nothing beats the taste of charcoal grilling. Darlington, South Carolina
This vid popped up in my YT feed, and although I'm already a die-hard Weber user, I watched it. Most impressed by the concise, well-edited, and stellar, informative narrative. Kudos. Should be watched by all YT hosts as a learning tool. 👌🤙
This is a great video. You make this very approachable by anyone and I think you covered the whole process completely and to the point. I have been using my Weber Performer(kettle with table) for over 10 years now, it is my favorite cooking tool.
Got one in the UK - we don’t get the accessories like you do. No trash can just a plate. No Chimney starter tube. No adjustable sides - and they are massively expensive! (eg.The Weber rotisserie attachment here is £175.00 GBP!!!) Great video.
I just bought my first charcoal grill the Weber kettle grill and I’ve been watching videos and getting kind of frustrated and then I found your video! Very clear very concise important details I enjoyed watching it and it gave me a couple answers that I need to know like the levers and the vents. Thank you keep up the good work!
I grilled on my new 22" Kettle last night for the first time 20 years. some 2" strips steaks. Came out great. So happy to have purchased my Kettle. Thanks for a great video!!
Holy moly! I knew almost nothing about BBQ charcoal and kittle grilling prior to watching this video. Now I feel pretty confident about it and ready to go. A big thank you for that. Cheers!
Thank you I was given a Weber grill an old one without an ash catcher but never been used….I figured free I’ll learn your video very helpful I’ll be watching for more helpful tips!
I realize after watching this, how much of a noob I am at grilling. :) I use way to much charcoal, never tried a chimney, no gloves and never cover it nor do I wash it until next usage and wonder why the grate gets rusty so fast... After becoming adept at the food part however it has renewed my passion and I will be trying to implement all of these tips. Thanks so much for the great video!!
Thank you, this is the best video I have watched so far on kettle cooking. You explained every detail one requires perfectly. Now I know what to do since being given a kettle grill, Weber, after doing everything with difficulty the first time ever a couple days ago!
Happy Mother's Day, it's so nice to see a female grilling. Nothing against men but every time it's grilling time it's always men. Women only get a grill pan in the house on the kitchen stove. Hallelujah, hallelujah. Thank you Ms. Anita Cooks.🙏
May I suggest that when you remove the lid of the Weber kettle grill that you slowly lift it just a little, then slide it sideways because if you lift it straight up you will create a vacuum and get charcoal ash on the underside of your food. I think that I read that in the Weber users manual. J.E. I
I use a water heater overflow pan from home depot to clean my grill. The water heater pan fits a 22 inch grill grate and comes with a hole in the side you can plug with a PVC cap. Fill the water heater pan then soak your grill grate with a little Dawn over night. A light scrubbing the next day and a rinse and you have a grill grate that looks brand new.
Thanks... I am also getting the hang of charcoal grilling. After always using a propane grill, not seeing a flame while doing first few cooks threw me off. This was very helpful.
Thank you, Madam. My family has been looking for a grill like this (mostly for rotisserie) but did not want to spend over $300. While the Rotisserie attachment would make the entire set up over $300, this product looks way solid than other alternatives. This is going to a good addition to our family 😊
Wow that was awesome, I love learning to use ours. I first learned to use it because my wife had an old one before we got married and so I mentioned I'd clean it and Her covered plate bbq, it took us a few hours😅but it was so worth 😉👍it. Harrumph! Tasty BBQ chicken! Nothing like charcoal! This unit has a lot of nice features but I’m still not sold! I mean, degree in differential calculus to assemble! Crappy lid support unless you buy the deluxe unit! Flimsy cloth protective cover! We are not talking a little green egg here girl! So nice to hear from you again cheers… Keith
Your video is absolutely great! I was just kind of confused because after all the videos I’ve watched....You said the exact opposite of everybody else.
Nice detailed explanation on how to use the Weber. One item that is not clear is when to add the food. Once preheated the grill is over 500 degrees. Do you add food this hot and then adjust the vents or wait until it reaches the correct temperature range? Again very nice review.
Wow your video was brilliant I cooked a spicy spatchcock chicken yesterday the meat was so tender and soft super delicious . I took your advice and got one of those thermometer probe is to check the temperature absolutely brilliant thank you for the video 😄

Very simple and straightforward. I would have mentioned a pre-burn or break in burn to "season" the grill. Great video. Thank you.
