Putting on your hockey gear

Are you new to ice hockey, and maybe find all the protective equipment in the store a bit overwhelming? How do I put it on? What goes where? There's a bit of an art to putting on hockey gear, and a bit of an order you should follow.
In this video, Ben shows us how he puts his gear on before stepping out onto the ice.
Remember, younger players should wear a helmet with a protective cage, and also wear a mouth guard and neck guard!
