How to prepare Sabakki sandige Easy Way 👇👇👇Read below
Ingredients
1cupsabudana / sago
3 cup water
2-3 tspsalt for to taste
Method 👇 👇
1) Rinse 1 cup of sabudana / sago and soak in 3 cups of water for one night
2) Boil 3 cups of water in a vessel, add salt, mix well keep on high flame, boil until the sago will be transparent, stir in between, cook up to 75%
3)Now keep on medium flame and keep stirring for few minutes, then turn off the flame
4)Now spread a thick plastic sheet (if you don't have plastic sheet take steel plate, apply some oil, pour boiled sago ) in hot sunlight, pour ½ tsp of boiled sago on the sheet one by one, keep distance
5) Dry for 2 - 3 days in hot sunlight
6) After 2 -3 days the papads are fully dried
7) Heat enough oil in a pan for frying, put dried sago papad in hot oil, press gently and fry. Take out from the oil and enjoy
Recipe Notes
Store it in a container and use for years.
If you don’t have thick plastic sheet, take steel plate, apply some oil, pour boiled sago and dry it in sunlight for 2-3 days
