man, most of these traffic accidents is just bikers going too fast regardless of their right of way and needlessly mouthing off
They mistakenly believe everyone sees and watches them because they are so cool, so WHY don't cars see them obviously approaching at unreasonable speeds in unreasonable fashion where no one else drives?
If you two envious non-riding bike haters are referring to the instances displayed in this video, the result of your bias is obscured by ignorance and your fictional conclusions are pure fallacy. Every driver was the party at fault, therefore ultimately responsible for for all ensuing injuries and damages. If the outcomes of driver inattentiveness and their arrogance born of the perception of relative 4-door safety when confronting a motorcycle didn’t yield such serious consequences for the rider alone, the motorists would frequently afford riders much more vigilance to avoid collisions with them, increased levels of consideration regarding the potentiality of serious risks facing the riders involved in accidents and a genuinely deep sense of bonafide empathy for the riders’ (basically guaranteed) injuries, which can be as catastrophic as they are traumatic. An unwarranted notion of pride, substandard driving prowess (especially concerning an evasive capacity) contempt towards motorcyclists, unbridled entitlement, ignorance, impatience, road rage, a perception of comparative safety inside their vehicles (rivalling the notion of invulnerability) a lack of comprehension or a conscious decision to intentionally break the law, a profound inability to accept accountability for their wrongdoings are the catalysts for each of these documented avoidable traffic violations. Assigning blame to the bikers’ speeds is pure fallacy and I am unconvinced that even one motorcyclist was exceeding the designated maximum speed permitted. Each infraction was the result of driver negligence or recklessness, perpetrated either accidentally or intentionally.
Edit : FYI the predominance of “mouthing off” was also the actions of and due to the unstable nature of the car operators … an effective strategy to escalate an already volatile situation of their own design.

This biker was merely racing through a narrow road in a village, from where children might (for instance) run after a ball into the road, some livestock might walk into the road, or a farmer on a tracktor might even drive around, what appears to be, a blind corner. And all of these unforseen events, on this biker's personal race track. The nerve of these villagers????
Coz the Biker pays his road tax ,insurance tax, fuel tax to fund the road and village children,livestock and farmers don't. I get your point.

What the hell is she talking about, just because those cars were stopped doesn't mean you can cut between without looking for what may be approaching. Hope the biker is ok, gotta watch for that shit though cause there is always someone that thinks its ok to do what that woman did.
@@dougupah8778 It's really common sense, to not pass on the right at a rapid rate of speed coming up on stopped traffic ahead when there's still an intersection between you and stopped traffic, especially in rush hour traffic conditions. The motorcyclist was going way too fast under those conditions. It's much like lane filtering on the freeway where legal. ( I live in CA and ride a bike ) If traffic is dead stopped in any lane next to you, your motorcycle speed needs to not exceed more than 10 mph than the speed of the rest of traffic. If traffic is stopped in the lane to the left of you, or the lane to the right of you, your sped on your motorcycle should not be over 10 mph. Period.

Regardless of what other lanes were doing, it doesn't give the car the right to cut off and cut through traffic. This isn't common core curriculum where any and every explanation deserves credit, but it's what you were taught. Shame.

I believe that when compensation is paid there is a percentage of blame on both.
Even though the law says failure to give way , they may say he should have taken more precaution etc.
So for instance she is 90% at fault and the rider at 10% fault.
I do know i would not barge on down that road with the situation as it looked. Of course, sometimes " we are not on the ball", which can happen to us all.

most of them got exactly what they had coming. Think because they are on bikes they don't have to obey the law and the rules of the road.
2:16 he puts down his foot before he is even trying to use his front break. New to motorcycles and dont know that his front break is the quickest way to stop, or just have not practised enough on how to stop from 30-40mph to full stop in a short distance. Which every rider should know. Actually trigering to watch these crashes when all you gotta do is practise AND keep your eyes on the road.

Some of them are in the right but most are not. A lot of it is speed being a factor.
Anybody familiar with the traffic offense "Road Rage?" Way too many people pushing their luck. Then the belief that other vehicles have to make room for you to ride your bike between other vehicles when that is illegal too. Amazing. If there are two lanes then that means you too need to stay in your lane. "He Hit Me" ya right after you took the ROW away from him with your left turn in front of him.

These riders need to watch Dan Dan the Fireman. To see the many things that can happen on the road and how to be on the lookout for them.
We shall also notice that the french farmer (2:48) is disclaiming (still with anger!) : "Tu veux glisser sur de la merde ?!" = "do you want to slide on shit ?!" while showing the front of his tractor, because he's about to clean mud on the road with his machine (see the tool on the front of the tractor). Why it's so important to have a camera. Dumb drivers will ALWAYS blame the motorcyclist, and unless you got someone on your side the cops will side with the dumb drivers.

Bikers go to fast and often get expected outcome. After watching a few of these videos it’s apparent to me bikers own the fucking road and we should bow down when we encounter them.

I don't know what your purpose was in showing a rider running from the police but it appears to be irresponsible behavior of the rider speeding down a city street with no apparent concern about the danger to others who may be there. No comment from the narrator about any of that. Apparently, it's all ok.
Als ik deze filmpjes zie dan zijn er toch een hoop asociale motorrijders. De goeie daar gelaten. Maar sommige hebben nog nooit van anticiperen gehoord. Te hoge snelheid. Ja dan krijg je ongelukken.
