carefully and patiently - its a pain in the but, you have to remove it either from the carbs or from the throttle side and pull it out.

Throw the fuel pump away, the CBR1000F doesn't need it.

you should ultrasound clean the carbs and dont pull in the rubber of the slides its really fragile and you cant get them any more

That can definitely help, but you really should fully disassemble the carbs for that to work.

Where does vacuum line go?
