Could you please give the recipe for Lemonade scones? And whipped cream to top it? Also, will the milk that you brush on top absorb into the scone? How do you tell if they're done, could I insert a toothpick? Sorry for all the questions I love your vids :)
I will do one soon 😊 I have a recipe for whipped cream on my channel, if you search you'll find it. The milk will sort of absorb in but make the scones brown really well on top. You'll know they're done when they get golden brown, no need to insert a tooth pick 😊
Hello. I have a couple of questions as I don't normally bake, but I'm starting to try new things. Can you use a bit of oat flour if you don't have enough wheat flour? Do these freeze? Thanks!
I've never tried sorry. If it was a small amount to top up the flour I think you could 😊 These are best eaten fresh as they do tend to go stale after a few days

Yup you can, I would add just 1 Tbsp of baking powder instead of 2 😊

Make sure you're using baking powder and not soda 😊 Baking powder shouldn't have any flavour
