Thanks dude. I can't impress my FIL with much, but having this video put me ahead of the game and made me feel competent when it came down to replacing the belt
I think it's a Rotary Corp. #10436 belt. Available from that online place named after a river in South America. Thanks for doing a video. I hear the drive belt is harder to replace. Mine popped off one day but I got it back on. It was hard to do, very fidgety.
i need the part number for the bigger pulley as well as the stud coming up from the bottom that is on the pulley, i cannot find it anywhere. HD is no help
When and how do you get the belt on the front wheel? You showed in the video that you need to put it on there but you don’t show how to do it. In Your previous video you leave the lower deck underneath the mower and place that part of the belt in first. I’m stuck I’ve done every part but I can’t get the belt onto the front wheel.
So the belt on the front wheel obviously goes around the front wheel, then there’s a “J/U” shaped hook on the left and right side, one side of the hook is attached to the mower and the other isn’t. The belt goes through the open end of the hook on both sides. Hope that helps
I was trying to change the belt but the nut for the small pulley is so tight it’s causing the bolt to spin, and that’s supposedly welded or cold pressed to the arm. So I’m stuck 😢
I did see the comment on your previous video about engaging the mower while at low revs manual says to do it on high speed and disengage when reversing (which I never done but in my defence I don’t Mo big thick long grass ) did noticed that you in the previous video you slam it into reverse and forward tone it down a bit maybe part of your belt breaking issues?? Just a side note I find it interesting with you Americans the way you never use that washing attachment on the left-hand side of the mower deck obviously you use different type of hose fitting (or don’t wash it at all ). Anyhow enjoyed the video keep it up
When I first got my mower my belt would brake often. Then I started slowing my speed and waited few second before engaging blade. I also do this when I dis engage the blade. Also start mowing on the highest setting fist and work your ways down. It also helps to keep everything we’re the belt spins clean.

Pressure washer is what I use
Was your belt the UC30568 compatible?
I dont think it is. I just tried replacing with that one 30 minutes ago and it doesn't fit
How you adjust the belt is losing and go out again
I have the same problem, can you tighten a loose belt or do you have to just buy another one?
Thx brother!
I have the same mower there is no adjustment my belt coming off only 39 hrs I going to try a smaller belt.
Did you figure it out? Mines came off after 8 hours. I replaced belt and it work enough for me to took my front yard.
