Hello Ma'am, Thanks for this informative video. However, I'd suggest to make a comparative video of Navi Mumbai and Pimpri Chinchwad which are kinda extensions to their parent bigger cities, to their parent cities. Thanks :)
I am living in Mumbai since I was born. So If I tell you guys this video is very correct and all the points are very correct. But if for rent. The price for living in a good standard society then we need to increase our budget. Cause living in a poor area won't give you the right vibe. I give you your choice to get ready for Mumbai.
my whole family born and brought up in Mumbai and it’s very expensive city too live but it much safer then Delhi and other major Indian cities to live.
Deepansha said everything very much true, being Mumbaikar strongly agree and love to stay here , experiencing whole India in one city and almost understand all languages. Though I don't live in rent😀
Transportation is cheap and best in Mumbai compared to other cities. Though houses are small and expensive. Travelling by local from one place to another especially by public transport is enough. We do not need any gym to get tired, Travelling by public transport especially the metro would suffice. All local stations are like a common man's shopping mall. We get best goods for low prices. Even the autos are cheap. They come for as low as Rs 20 whereas autowallahs form other cities would not come for a fare of Rs 70.
My sister is RBI grade B manager posted in mumbai, she is Living in a 2 BHK in Warli. She has been given this accommodation by RBI, on the leased price of 70k. Mumbai is really costly, in terms of rentals.
I think anyone earning 70k salary in kolkata is worth more than a 100k salary in mumbai, after seeing this video i am appreciating kolkata even more. Also I am thankful to my father who built a home so i don't have to pay exorbitant rent for having a roof over my head.
Just subscribed due to the details and research you have put in this video. Good job, always wanted to find a channel which analyses things based on facts. Job well done. What is the genre of your channel in general ?
Thank you, great video! Can you make one on Hyderabad in earnest? It will complete the main cities analysis. Also, chennai, at a lower priority when you get the time. Thanks again, great channel! You do a great mix of analysis and humour.
I regret being born here...in poor family. Lived in 300sq ft, get stuck in traffic, buying a bigger house is extremely stupid, oh and the construction ka dhool and sound. U can achieve 3 times your dreams in the same price u pay here literally anywhere else.
Hey nice video. Very nicely done. Have a few queries 1. Suggest names of few good 1 bhk Aptts walkable from Nariman 2. Are there any state restrictions while travelling presently from Del Mum via road 3. Any issues with having a Del number plate at Mumbai for 3 hrs Thanks

Living in Mumbai and buying an apartment and a car is my ultimate dream but after seeing this video I don't think it will be possible. 😥 Can you tell me as living in Mumbai how many savings we can make? Does someone think about buying a house and a car as doing a descent job as living in Mumbai? 😭😥
Bro, definitely you can buy a house in Mumbai & live your dream life. 2 of my cousins did this recently. They earn decently & after living in Mumbai for 5-6 years they bought their own houses. BTW, there are plenty of areas in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) where young professionals buy their homes. For e.g. Bhandup, Thane, Mira-Bhayander, and now in Navi Mumbai there are areas like Digha, Ulwe, Taloja, etc which are rapidly developing due to new airport & metro. Then there is Kalyan, Dombivli, Badlapur, Shilphata, Vasai Virar where new big & massive residential areas are coming up.
I am happy in Ahmedabad . I have 5 flats in Ahmedabad 🙄. Anyways my mom is born and brought in Mumbai, my father karm bhumi was Mumbai . But we are living a healthy lifestyle in Ahmedabad Mumbai me rent dena padta tha Ahmedabad mein rent lena padta hai🙄. Btw you should be in 1 millon subscribers list soon👍
Near Vikhroli, Powai, Godrej Complex, Goregaon pe Rent cost kya hai? 8-12k pr 1bhk flats milta hai? And 7.5L CTC is enough for living there with good amount savings?
7.5L CTC is good bro. My cousin was earning the same amount & he lived decently in Thane & used to travel to Andheri for job. He earned 1.2L per month after sometime & now bought a flat of his own. My cousin sister too bought a flat in Thane after 6-7 years of experience in banking sector.
2-3 lpm minimum for very very basic life. anything less is living like poor. getting a decent 2bhk is almost 75-90k. in lesser amount you get very horrible flats in bad locality. Salaried employees should avoid if possible, a couple of mil $ net worth is minimum to become comfortable here in mumbai
60,000 is nearly $720 a month, and you said middle class living range on this amount?? then the place is a bargain for a single person, to live without any worries, this vie has more than 3 yrs, maybe things has changed lately, and you might need more than $1000 to live confortable!!
Very informative video. I will be locating in Powai, can you give idea about 1bhk in powai, and other that powai which area will be the cheapest within 30 mins travel time?
Dude you can live well in Mumbai with 80k. For homes, see Thane, Mira-Bhayander, Navi Mumbai, Mulund, Bhandup, etc areas which have less price. 2 of my cousins earning in your range & with 5-6 year experience after that bought their own houses here.
