Prof. Dr. Yubraj Sangraula is a Ph.D. Professor of Law, the Executive Director/Principal of Kathmandu School of Law, Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nepal, Academic Council Member of Purbanchal University, and an author of many books. He is also a Council Member of the South Asian Institute of Legal Studies and Human Rights (SAILS Forum). Dr. Yubraj Sangraula has taught as Visiting Professor in Several Universities in Asia such as Rajibgandhi National Law University Punjab, Punjab University Law Faculty, Renmin University of China Law School, Chittagong University, and Chittagong, Bangladesh, Guru Govinda Indraprastha University Faculty of Law and Legal Studies, Beijing Communication University, China, Ehime University, Japan, Washington University St. Louis, Georgetown Law Center, USA.

As a student of economics and agriculture, I would say the imports restrictions and timing is perfect. It's a hoax that we could be rich nation by developing agriculture sector. This can be done only by changing consumption pattern. But it's nearly impossible to change the behavior of consumers within a short time. Therefore the only option left is government intervention. Talking about the smuggling of banned item, we could make it more effective by imposing restrictions on banned items in sales too
It's citizen who should be educated bcz it's not government who consume imported products. It's citizen. We need imported products rather than local product. Just for status
