Just be sure to avoid street water cause its not boiled or filtered. Use bottled water from Aqua fina, Nestle or Culligan. Local filter water is also O.K, not gonna induce travelers diarrhea. You can have fresh juices, milk shakes but tell them to not put ice, some do use Nestle ice cubes but that's rare. Do try sugar cane juice without ice. Greetings from Karachi. these children were selling things to help their family you brought so much things and these things are expensive but may be un your culture it's not necessary to help those who are struggling in their lives but in we Pakistanis we do charities and help deserving and needy people even we Pakistani do charity and our people give free food to your kind of people as well for the good gesture and as we think that you're foriegners and came to our country and we welcome you as a guest.

I would suggest you to hire a guide or ask a local friend if you guys have specially in Lahore and Karachi bec these are 2 big cities so you would hav someone to guide you so that you might explore some good places with their help . I would also request you guys to visit Karachi's sibling City Hyderabad which is just half n hour drive away from Karachi and also it is completely safe to travel here plus it is not much crowded like Karachi . In night temperature cools down due to the famous winds of Hyderabad . You would get chance to explore the mighty river indus and some historical n cultural places specially from pre Mughal era & British Colonial era . You can also try some food here specially Biryani , cakes from 100 years old Bombay Backery and popular Pala fish of Indus river . So , I hope you'd visit soon . Would love to host you guys . Wicked, lovely to see you guys in Pakistan. I love Asian malls, just did one in Mumbai and spent about thirty quid. Got an absolute ton of stuff. I’m literally just a day back in England from a month in India, riding the railroads like an old-timey hobo, had an awesome time-Punjab, Orissa, Rajasthan, Goa, Mumbai & home. Except it was all so chilled because I left in plenty of time and easily caught my trains. Reanne. 😐 . *just sayin* 😂 Please tell me you’re going to walk over the Wagah Border and into India by foot? Trust me, it’s an epic experience.

Westerners are getting richer, while indebted countries like in Africa, Pakistan, Afghanistan, etc are getting poorer. Poverty all around the world is the result of the richness of westerners. And after 70s, corruption rose due to poverty in poor countries keeping them poor today. If Europe has not colonized the world, neither Europe or US, would be filthy rich with $60000 per capita today, but we all, but similarly equal would be around $10000 today.
