Pakistan has always been a country that interested me. In addition, in ancient times, Turks and Pakistanis lived in the same region. And as far as I know, a language that was once heavily influenced by Turkish and called the Army (Urdu> Ordu is meaning army ın Turkish) language was formed by the Pakistani who fought alongside the Turks. I don't know if it's real or not, but love to the brother country. ❤🇹🇷🇵🇰

@umay205 you are right. It is the real history. Mughal army at that time was consists of local and Turkish army. As a result of this mixture of Turkish and other languages, Urdu came into existence.

Yes you are right. Urdu is a mixture of so many languages. It was made by soldiers in Army who were came from different areas so they were facing difficulty in interacting with each other so that's how Urdu was invented.

Try goat chops fried. They are finger lickin good. Try Clifton area restaurants too. Copper Kettle is superb . From Canada with love.
I am American Pakistani living in Minnesota USA. And I have to say I am a big fan of British Literature and Medieval British History. If you ever watch old Indian and Pakistani films from 1940s and 1950s,you will see lots of Anglo Indians, who slowly immigrated out of Indian sub-continent. If you have time visit old Karachi sea area which was 80 years RAF GHQ before 1947 and In Baluchistan Egypt history Paramount and Sulman mountains these two states Sindh and Baluchistan have around 530bc history from Alex Zander to British Empire’s

I’ve heard a lot of good things about the north and we actually got offered some accommodation in hunza valley in exchange for a collaboration. I don’t know if we’ll be able to fit it in this time we’re just looking at the logistics

Hi Guys, can you please tell me which banks you were able to use your ATM card in? How long do you have to wait for the card to come back out again and does it happen automatically? I'm flying from London to Pakistan on Monday for a 20-day visit, including Karachi. Thank you.
Hi terry, do you have revolut card? if you do then you can use any standard chartered atm to withdraw the money and its instantly..
Hi Terry Visa cards work in Allied ATMs. We found out if you press and hold the cancel button on the ATMs your card will come back out. Hope that helps 👍😊

After just over two weeks in Pakistan, here's my experience of using ATMs. I'm able to withdraw 50,000 rupees a day but each withdrawal is limited to 20,000, with a 500-650 rupees fee added each time. Habib Bank won't take a MasterCard Debit card. The banks that I use are Alfalah, and Standard Chartered. I hope that this helps travellers to Pakistan.
