Just stumbled upon your Flosstube video and really enjoying it. I wanted to throw in this quick response to your squash bug issues. Out here in Arizona, we plant nasturtiums and marigolds with the squash to naturally keep the bugs away. Might be worth a try.

🦇 I loved your WIP parade! They’re my kind of projects. I would work on the ones you love and said you wanted to finish this year. There’s plenty of them to rotate through. Also, I recommend you start with good quality canned plum tomatoes for your sauce. I use 2-28oz cans plus 2-12oz cans of tomato paste. That’s what I’ve done for 40 years. ❤

Living in flip flops, I developed plantar fasciitis. Wearing sandals with a slight heel and a hint of arch support, it cleared right up. So I am a little alarmed if you are wearing flats. Good luck with that painful issue.
I totally get it about needing more time and yet, for me when I do have more time, I'm good at wasting it!! Such a conundrum. And then the "need" to start all the things. Sigh. That cabin looks heavenly - I know you'll love it and totally relax and enjoy.

For squash bugs don’t plant your squash in the same place next year. Rip out your plants that are infected immediately this year. There are also some preventative sprays you can use on your plants next year. And watch them closely. If you see any squash bugs on them pick them off asap. Hope this helps

I can't wear high heels or complete flats. I only wear shoes now with good support especially in the arch.

🦇 I have a master set of DMC that I pull off of when I start a project. I like having the threads with the project as well.
