@@PutInsomniaToBed Hi again Steve, So, a guy sitting at my lunch table on Saturday, said " Why don't I take a week off, and try eliminating coffee for a week, to see if I can eliminate, knock out the insomnia ? " . I said that I only have 1.5 cups a day, 1 with breakfast and a 1/2 decaf-regular before 10a.m. I'm convinced that nce's chronic insomnia has set in, doing that, not's going to help, right ? Good day ! Adam
What you are explaining is close to what I experience. Every time I let go I feel a thrombotic feeling to my head even if I sleep on pills it wakes me up from deep sleep . I do not know what doctor to go to
Thanks, when I couldn’t sleep, I went and slept on the couch, but when I woke up, I went back to bed. That seemed to work. And a lot of times I can’t tell if I’m sleeping or not. I figure if I’m wondering about it, then I can’t be sleeping. I must be going in and out. My sleep is improving a lot, so I’m happy about that. Before I couldn’t sleep at all most nights or during the day.
Here's some weird, annoying things that I've experienced with insomnia; a " dream like " state the first few hours of the morning, my body wants more to go back to sleep at 6:30 or 7a.m. versus trying to go back to sleep at 4a.m., legs feel weak in the shower, memory lapse and sensitivity to light, daylight, etc., etc.
@@PutInsomniaToBedHi again Steve, I'm having a maintenance insomnia issue, or early morning awakening. My body actually wants to go back to sleep 😴 at 6a.m., and life kind of sucks 😔 right now.... I can't go to a ballgame, a hockey game, a play or the movies at night ! I don't know if the Ezopiclone(Lunesta) is either wearing off, or if it's the side effects giving me daytime problems. Be well. And thanks for putting out videos ! Adam

And how you improved your sleep?
I tried that, I go out to my recliner, but I'm still feeling exhausted in the morning. Ezoplicone wearing off. Ugh !
Thank you for talking to us !

Could be either from effects of medication, or just waking up during your REM stage of sleep, which is predominate in the early morning, or both.
i get this and it gives me bad anxiety
