    radical self acceptence is what you need. people pleasers either have been trained or believe in side that they are bad or less deserving. for me it was an abusive family.
    but once i thought about it logically i was like wait a minute... am i bad? further more are the people calling me bad worse?
    then a doctor told me radical self acceptance is the only cure to the feelings of shame from a dark family.
    i put words into practice and now im better than ever. but i also found god or he found me so i dont wanna discredit him lol.
    i think that was him. all these things happened at the same time. i turned to god and found out hes not the judging angry man in the sky people say he is. ive never felt more accepted or loved in all my life.

      Radical self-acceptance truly is a powerful tool for healing, especially when coming from an environment that tried to make you feel less than. It’s amazing how acceptance can lead to a deeper connection with yourself and a stronger bond with your spiritual side. It’s inspiring that you found peace and acceptance through this journey, and it’s beautiful that you’re recognizing the love and connection you’ve found. Keep embracing that path!

    When you put yourself before others you're better able to serve others. When you put others before yourself always, you're doing a disservice to them and yourself.

    • @TheDeepThinkingMan
      @TheDeepThinkingMan  7 дней назад

      That’s a very insightful perspective! It’s crucial to find the balance between caring for others and maintaining your own well-being. It’s not selfish to put yourself first when it’s needed to be your best self for others. What do you think is the best way to achieve that balance?

    RULE # 1....PLACE NO ONE ABOVE......YOU.............UNCONDITIONAL SELF LOVE.......

    • @TheDeepThinkingMan
      @TheDeepThinkingMan  12 дней назад +1

      Placing yourself first and practicing unconditional self-love is a vital aspect of achieving true happiness. When you prioritize your well-being, you become empowered to set healthy boundaries and focus on your own growth, making it easier to navigate the demands of others without losing yourself.

  • @k111-s8i
    @k111-s8i 13 дней назад +2

    Key is about seeking selflove. With that comes loving others without expecting anything in return. By default, people will respect you for that which is the only return one can expect. Unconditional Love receives one from GOD alone, cause he is pure LOVE. One cant expect the same thing from flawed people who harbour more than just love. Its just impossible.

    • @TheDeepThinkingMan
      @TheDeepThinkingMan  13 дней назад

      You’ve beautifully captured a key concept: self-love and unconditional love are indeed at the heart of living authentically. When you cultivate self-respect and love for yourself, you are able to offer others that same energy without expecting anything in return. This creates a peaceful, loving environment where expectations do not hinder relationships. True love, as you said, is not just about receiving but understanding the deeper, unconditional nature of it.

    • @k111-s8i
      @k111-s8i 13 дней назад

      @TheDeepThinkingMan yes indeed, but to me one can only understand true love if he knows God. You can't understand it as a flawed human being without having an example of it.

    I think another common cause of People Pleasing syndrome comes from childhood trauma, particularly when abused by a narcissistic parent, because nothing is ever good enough. This can have deep and long lasting consequences on trying to seek approval well into adulthood.

    • @TheDeepThinkingMan
      @TheDeepThinkingMan  15 дней назад

      You’re absolutely right. Childhood trauma, especially from narcissistic parents, can deeply affect one’s sense of self-worth and create long-lasting struggles with seeking approval. It’s important to recognize this cycle in order to heal and build a healthier sense of self.

    The people who depend on you financially (i.e., for goods and services, both fundamental and taken for granted) cannot appreciate you for your “authentic self,” whatever that might turn out to be. Contrary to what the narrator of this video claims, ceasing to please others absolutely IS about cutting people off. It is about severing ties irrevocably and not caring about the repercussions. There is no special cadre of enlightened individuals within your social circle who will rally around you because they’ve finally seen your “inner light.” The idea that people are going to behave this way partakes of delusion.

    • @TheDeepThinkingMan
      @TheDeepThinkingMan  16 дней назад +9

      It’s true that severing ties with those who take advantage of you or demand constant validation can be liberating. However, it’s also important to recognize that true freedom comes from within, not from expecting others to change or suddenly see your “inner light.” The journey to self-authenticity is personal, and sometimes, distancing yourself from certain relationships is necessary to grow.

      If you truly care about these people... Family, friends etc. Then you will authentically take care of them. The video should encourage you to set healthy boundaries with them and take care of them in your own unique way based of your principles. Try your best to take care of them in a way that aligns with you, and if they don't appreciate you so be it. You be proud of you

    • @TheDeepThinkingMan
      @TheDeepThinkingMan  13 дней назад

      It’s important to differentiate between learning from someone’s actions and their approach to situations, and the values they promote. While we can extract lessons from anyone, including public figures like Trump, it’s crucial to assess the long-term impact of those actions on others and align with a personal philosophy that resonates with your own values for a more meaningful life.
