They make Teflon replacement strings for the original VP Jr. They’re really easy to replace with a metal hook as a tool. They come in a kit.

Hi there, appreciated for the great review :) Looking to get one of this, it's an active volume pedal so which means it has less tone sucking issue than the passive jnr VP tho? Cheers

Technically yeh. I certainly didn’t hear any tone suck on my board with it
