    Really appreciate you going in depth on that fx loop part. I'm thinking of buying one and I probably need to experiment with my pedal chain to see how to use that loop to its advantage but at least now I have an idea of how to go about it. Great vid too!

      Glad I could help! The buffered FX loop is a really nice feature, and I felt like it would benefit a lot of people to have it fully explained. Let me know what you think of the pedal if you do get it!

      Awesome! Thank you! I am very glad my review was able to help. I do tend to get a bit more technical than most. Much more to come!

    Been looking at this. I love the idea but wish you could set the minimum volume at the heel position

      You would want it to not go all the way out?

      Yeh, like the Boss one does. Could be a deal breaker.

    Can you run it without power (as only volume)?

    Is the display on all the time? Can it be turned off, or does it turn off after a certain amount of time?

    • @mattingramsound
      @mattingramsound  4 года назад +2

      Nope, it is always on.

      @@mattingramsound wow thats lame, thanks for the reply, I can't believe it doesn't time out after a while. Like its gonna be on 24/7 in a dark room?

      Ya, as long as it is on the static mode, where the tuner is not constantly dancing around, it doesn't bother me. It also gets plenty of rest while my pedal board is off. Thanks for the question!

    Having issues with my display turning off during a gig.. any idea why.?

    • @mattingramsound
      @mattingramsound  4 года назад

      I've never had my screen turn off on me. I also haven't been gigging because of the covid. I'd definitely reach out to ernie ball about it.

      This pedal needs a lot of amperes. Had it and with more than 300 mA it was totally ok

      Can you elaborate on this at all? Is screen cut out an issue live often and why? What can I do to avoid that problem if I want to use this pedal?

    Any idea if there is a difference in running this at 9v or 18v out of a power supply?

    • @mattingramsound
      @mattingramsound  4 года назад +3

      There is no difference. The electronics will just adjust how many amps it is drawing to make sure it gets the correct wattage.
