Don't think the cascade from Apex was done correctly. Each instance of cascade should trigger and resolve before the next, so Ashaya and Return of the Wildspeaker might not have been the next cards depending on if she decided to cast the Skyshroud Claim. But if she declined, then Ashaya would've been a valid target for the Return and the card draw
Yeah, these are indeed 4 seperate cascades that resolve one after the other. But I can see, how one could mistakenly think that they all resolve at once in the heat of the moment... nobody is perfect and with most things on the stack it works that way,

53:02 I’m pretty sure Apex Devestator Cascades wasn’t resolved right. Whatever you cascade into first will go above the other cascade triggers in waiting thus will be on the field.
The Apex Devestator and it's 4 cascades resolved correctly. Cascade means, “When you cast this spell, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card..." So each triggers on cast and the last resolves first all the way to the Apex D resolving last.
No it didn’t. I had a yidris deck for years. Just tested it out on Magic Arena to make sure by using The First Sliver, Imoti, Spark Double, and Maskwood Nexus. Yes it’s 4 triggers of cascade for Apex Devestator but the all go on the stack at the same time. You don’t exile anything till the trigger resolves. So you have 4 then let one resolve and hit a spell. Well now that spell has to go on the stack and resolve before you do any other cascade resolution effects. That’s how the stack works in Magic the Gathering.
So in the video four cascade triggers go on the stack as you cast the spell and you now have four triggers waiting for resolution. One goes off and hit Shigeki and now goes in the stack above the triggers in waiting. Then he resolves and is now on the battlefield. Then next cascade triggers resolves hits Ashaya and same thing as before and will be on battlefield. The Skyshroud Claim goes and you search Forest out which would be on the battlefield and making Ashaya bigger. Then last cascade triggers resolve hitting Return of the WildSpeaker thus that resolves and draw a lot of cards bc of the Ashaya in the field. Then finally Apex resolves and hit battlefield.
Each instance of cascade triggers and resolves separately. The spell you cast due to the first cascade ability will go on the stack on top of the second, third, and fourth cascade abilities. That spell will resolve before you exile cards for the second cascade ability. The spell you cast for the second will resolve before you exile cards for the third, and so on. 11/10/2020 Each of Apex Devastator's four cascade abilities will look for a nonland card with mana value less than 10 (Apex Devastator's mana value). This doesn't change even if one or more of the spells you cast because of those cascade abilities has cascade itself. Each of those additional cascade abilities, if any, will refer to the mana value of the spell that caused it to trigger. In other words, each cascade ability cares only about the spell that caused it to trigger, the stack can get messy, and we wish you luck. 6/18/2021 A spell's mana value is determined only by its mana cost. Ignore any alternative costs, additional costs, cost increases, or cost reductions. 6/18/2021 Cascade triggers when you cast the spell, meaning that it resolves before that spell. If you end up casting the exiled card, it will go on the stack above the spell with cascade. 6/18/2021 When the cascade ability resolves, you must exile cards. The only optional part of the ability is whether or not you cast the last card exiled. 6/18/2021 If a spell with cascade is countered, the cascade ability will still resolve normally. 6/18/2021 You exile the cards face up. All players will be able to see them. 6/18/2021 If you cast a card "without paying its mana cost," you can't choose to cast it for any alternative costs. You can, however, pay additional costs. If the card has any mandatory additional costs, you must pay those to cast the card. 6/18/2021 If the card has Variable Colorless in its mana cost, you must choose 0 as the value of X when casting it without paying its mana cost. 6/18/2021 Due to a recent rules change to cascade, not only do you stop exiling cards if you exile a nonland card with lesser mana value than the spell with cascade, but the resulting spell you cast must also have lesser mana value. Previously, in cases where a card's mana value differed from the resulting spell, such as with some modal double-faced cards or cards with an Adventure, you could cast a spell with a higher mana value than the exiled card. 6/18/2021 The mana value of a split card is determined by the combined mana cost of its two halves. If cascade allows you to cast a split card, you may cast either half but not both halves.

Although the Mosswort Bridge does allow for the Rishkar's Expertise to be played on an opponents turn because the wording on Mosswort Bridge is specifically "play", the 2nd ability of Rishkar's Expertise indicates that the spell is "cast" so I don't see how it could be legal to play the Tireless Provisioner or any creature on your opponent's turn.
