I just got a new Volvo from my company. I was trying to test my bunk heater like you showed and it never turned on. I also have no blower under my bunk. Could it be that not all Vovlos are equipped with bunk heaters?
I set the heat to on. And then set the heat to cycle 6 minutes and turned the lvd on but it isnt turning on.... im trying to use the A/C because im in texas and its very hot in the cab.... am i doing something wrong?
@@GG_WP.13 I was a diesel Tech for 20 years. The sleeper uses it's own condenser and blower motor and they are located on passenger side under bunk. If the motor sometimes blows and you checked the fuses, odds are you got a bad connection at the harness or the motor itself. Get a light tester and check for power and ground at the motor when it's on and not blowing.
I think it got stuck in the hot position. Take shelf out till you get to AC/heater exchanger. Got to check out if that little door moves from cold to hot position. It happens sometimes too.

Work with a temp controller. Hard to get a perfect heater temp

My LVD is set to 12.4 voltage. And constantly in the middle of the night the alarm goes off and the heater turns off. How to set LVD to 11.9 voltage?
11.9 low, need 12.1 the lowest. Sounds like your batteries are bad.

I put it to 10-15min and 5min start/stop
