I can’t recall the exact number of Nemophila original songs, but around 40 with more coming this month with the fourth album release. Keep going then I’ll recommend many more rabbit holes for you. Drummer Tamu Murata is another musical prodigy - world class drummer, in demand as a session drummer and teacher, also plays bass, piano, guitar, and probably a few other instruments, and somehow finds time to raise two youngsters. People usually start with the Marionette mv. It as you have seen in others they crush live. This song is Bloody Birth Day, it is not labeled except in the facts sheet but is a real fucking banger if you like Oiran and Lovebites , Mary’s Blood is a natural fir. Matter of fact like Lovebites it was formed by former members of Destrose in Eye and Mari the original vocalist and drummer from Destrose. it was unfortunately my favorite song from Maiden so naturally i'm going to hold a very high standard to. Aces high is a very difficult song to vocalize I think I just felt that there were plenty of maiden songs that they could have killed with the way her vocals are. but like you said i'm not going to like every song. but this is my first song where I really really like. excellent reaction as always, we are late 😂 Mayu the singer is married and has a son, the drummer Tamu is also married and has 2 little girls, 2024 was a difficult year for them first Saki the guitarist left the band and they chose to stay in 4, then Mayu had voice problems and they cancelled some concerts, but she probably recovered well because they announced a concert in May where they will play all their songs and it will be at least 4 hours long 😀 the new lp is coming out in a few days , they are my second favourite band just because LOVEBITES exist 😊
Nemophila are one of the only bands I listen to if I've not got lovebites on, I like how Mayu sounds and how she controls her switch from clean and scream, a great band, I think they are now just a 4 piece band as Saki has left, but they still kill it 🤘🐺
