Drills in Cannon Beach always show the same action. People scurry to collect their belongings and head to their vehicle. They would then simply die in the traffic congestion. Very few immediately head to high ground. Always have where the high ground is at in your mind like any other situational awareness.

Just like the disaster in Hawaii, will you be ready with food and water and prepared or one of the thousands of people unprepared and hoping to find help by someone who is already prepared. Remember, Its up to you how you want to survive a emergency event. Ready or not ready!

WOW. This is what OUR state is spending OUR money on!!! Priorities are so twisted right now. Wow unbelievable.
