Honda FC are named after Kesuike Honda, former AC Milan player, in honour of his long distance shooting and flair they added FC which stands for “F*****g class”

Honda FC is factory team Honda so Honda FC not promoted to J3 League because JFA (Japan Football Assossaction) wants in J1-J3 leagues clubs are professional and stable finances. I think so.

I live in Hamamatsu and I'm Japanese. What Honda FC named by is Honda the car company was originary started in Hamamatsu and still has a factory in Hamamatsu. The workers from this factory started and now became a club of Honda！The factory is more south and the club bus and central is at there Miyakoda is just stadium and training pitch. I have been to Miyakoda but , the carparks are more around there.

A bit shocked saw Shota Fujio in JFL with Tochigi, he is one of Machida Zelvia main strikers this year and they are up in the first place of J League scoring 8 from 17 match. And bit of trivia, if FM uses the real rules of J League, I don't think you can promote to J3 even if you got the first place. It because the J3 license, which oblige teams to have average attendance 2.000, annual entrance fee revenue of 10 million Yen, and no short-term financial difficulties.
Back in time, Honda FC won the nickname of "Gatekeepers of the J. League" since they won the JFL so consistently, and J League demanded top spot for non-J. Leagues to be promoted, that the real way to get into the J League was to beat Honda FC. Rules changed over the years though, but it was a nice name to have

Lol I live in Hamamatsu, have been here over 3 years now. Not a soccer fan though, so I've never been to a game here, but Jubilo Iwata are the main team around these parts and they play in the 1st division. Looking forward to you playing an away day against them in future. Please make sure you do! Their stadium, Yamaha Stadium, is pretty sweet! They share it with the rugby team.
