yeah it says deals triple damage to burning targets. But the kicker is it's actually dealing 66% less damage to non burning targets It's base damage is actually 75. That's why it deals full damage to buildings.

Its sometimes even scary as the huntsman sniper himself, as the arrow's hitbox is so big you might accidentally kill a cloaked spy and get accused of hacking. And with... current events... you're getting kicked.
Out of all the weapons in other FPS's, TF2's weapons are definitely the most unique out of all of them and will be hype when we eventually do get new weapons!

I'm glad to see a remaster of this old list to be able to see how your opinions have changed over time. I honestly assumed your favorite weapon was gonna have turned into the Dragon's Fury, but it's easily one that earned it's place. Pyro is an "offense" class but usually he leans closer to a jack-of-all-trades supportive character who can fill many roles but often has difficulty excelling in them. The Dragon's Fury meanwhile turns Pyro from an admirable all-rounder to an offensive juggernaut; capable of single-handedly steamrolling squadrons of mercs all by themselves in exchange for ease of use and utility. The Phlog is a weapon I loathe a lot, and part of that is because it feels like a very poorly thought out attempt to steer Pyro away from a generalist into a more specialized category in the most brain-dead way possible (removing his utility in exchange for guaranteed critical hits), resulting in a mess that's either laughably bad or spawn-camp hell depending on if they have a pocket medic or not. In a magnificent contrast, the Dragon's Fury is a GOOD attempt that succeeds where the Phlogistinator failed, because it's not just a stock flamethrower with one of the buttons filed off, it's a well thought out weapon that changes Pyro's entire playstyle with one simple change: his steady stream of flames is replaced with a concentrated burst of them. It's a single-shot fireball launcher that deals massive damage, gets a power boost and attack speed increase if someone is on fire (allowing for insane amounts of DPS and the ability to reliably beat other Pyros), and the ability to chain together attacks means you can still have the crowd hurting power Pyro is famous for. But the weapon's trade-offs come from this new design, because it doesn't remove features or bestow stat penalties, it just requires you to be precise in order to land consistent shots and has an altered airblast that has stricter timing. You need to actually pay attention and learn how to use the weapon for the most to be made of it. In essence, the price of the Dragon's Fury's extreme power is literally just you needing to learn how to get good. Learn how to aim, become precise, adjust to it's timings, and you become a destroyer of teams. My favorite weapon is actually Stock Flamethrower, and I love it a lot, but Dragon's Fury is awesome and I really hope they make a strangifier for it someday; I'm sure way more people would use it if it tracked their kills.

One weapon I've always had an appreciation for is the baby face's blaster. Sure it's impractical as hell, paper cuts turn into spikes, but going that fast is really fun.
It’s such an uncommon pick that no one expects you to be that fast, allowing you to get away with stuff you really shouldn’t be able to. I love abusing that fact.

Another person out there who can see the absolute beauty of the power that is dragons fury, I've been using it since I started playing during the blue moon update and I've never had more fun with another weapon. You win against anyone who isn't jumping and man does it burn through everything.
I was not expecting some of these, the earliest and most common heavy secondary, the melee for demo that is only used one way, and the engie battle choice, you have definitely changed a lot!

My favorite part of the Dragon's Fury is reflecting it back at point-blank range. Nothing screams "pain" like being a Pyro and *still* eating the maximum Fury damage on a hit. I'll stick to my Light Class Shredding and idiotic Sniper Chasing, but genuinely, thank the devs for a proper side-grade to Pyro's classic Flame throwers.

I may be in a small majority (to my knowledge at least) but I love the spy-cicle, I know it sucks, but it’s so fun, and besides, the pain your opponent must feel after getting killed by a spy using the spy-cicle is worth it.
Fun fact: If you just w+m1 into a Pyro’s face while shooting them with your revolver, the temporary Fire Immunity will guarantee you win that fight, unless they use something other than fire damage on a spy for some reason.
This list is not only another fresh breath of air, but the new ones are just amazing!! If anything I wasn't expecting The Wringler to be there for Engi, and Spy's L'Etranger IS by far his definitive best unlock. Lastly, as someone who wants to DemoKnight, you have definitely opened my eyes and mind with the Persian Persuader.
@@johncronk8867 ... its tf2 dude. this game's being held together with coconut,jpg. one way i can actually think of right now is starting a charge while swinging your sword, and make it kill a target. this tech is called the "extender", as it also increases your melee range. just for context: using this tech allows you to out-snipe a eyelander demo with a bottle.
Kinda wished I got into TF2 (and by extension, PC gaming) like everyone else. The game still looks like fun to play, even if it's not really moderated by Valve like it used to. I'd like to see what the new least favorite weapons are, this list was pretty good and a follow-up would be neat.

You can tell it's been a long time since the last video when Fawful (the same guy said the Scorch Shot was one of his favorite weapons and the Reserve shooter was surprisingly good in the previous version) says the Scattergun is OP.
It is the strongest shotgun in the game, can 3 shot HEAVIES, is on a class with multiple jumps, unmatched speed, and can flawlessly abuse ubers. Just because it's the default, doesn't mean it's okay.

God Logan, you have no idea how much I missed TF2 content on your channel. All the hats ON to you, my mean bean machine.
My favorite part of the Dragon's Fury is reflecting it back at point-blank range. Nothing screams "pain" like being a Pyro and *still* eating the maximum Fury damage on a hit. I'll stick to my Light Class Shredding and idiotic Sniper Chasing, but genuinely, thank the devs for a proper side-grade to Pyro's classic Flame throwers.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!! I was so hyped to finally see this! You never disappoint, especially when TF2 is involved! Maybe it's just because I love hearing about the wacky weaponry in this uber-creative catalog, but you really do it justice! And of COURSE I'd be interested to hear about your least favourites too!

I may be in a small majority (to my knowledge at least) but I love the spy-cicle, I know it sucks, but it’s so fun, and besides, the pain your opponent must feel after getting killed by a spy using the spy-cicle is worth it.
Fun fact: If you just w+m1 into a Pyro’s face while shooting them with your revolver, the temporary Fire Immunity will guarantee you win that fight, unless they use something other than fire damage on a spy for some reason.

2 ammo per shot
1 shot before reload
50% more knockback than current

This list is not only another fresh breath of air, but the new ones are just amazing!! If anything I wasn't expecting The Wringler to be there for Engi, and Spy's L'Etranger IS by far his definitive best unlock. Lastly, as someone who wants to DemoKnight, you have definitely opened my eyes and mind with the Persian Persuader.
Fun fact: if you hold the charge button down while charging with the persuader, any ammo you pick up extends your charge’s duration.
@@johncronk8867 this actually works with any sword, as long as your charge bar fills up. Its eaziest with the persian tho

@@johncronk8867 ... its tf2 dude. this game's being held together with coconut,jpg. one way i can actually think of right now is starting a charge while swinging your sword, and make it kill a target. this tech is called the "extender", as it also increases your melee range. just for context: using this tech allows you to out-snipe a eyelander demo with a bottle.

Kinda wished I got into TF2 (and by extension, PC gaming) like everyone else. The game still looks like fun to play, even if it's not really moderated by Valve like it used to. I'd like to see what the new least favorite weapons are, this list was pretty good and a follow-up would be neat.

You can tell it's been a long time since the last video when Fawful (the same guy said the Scorch Shot was one of his favorite weapons and the Reserve shooter was surprisingly good in the previous version) says the Scattergun is OP.
It is the strongest shotgun in the game, can 3 shot HEAVIES, is on a class with multiple jumps, unmatched speed, and can flawlessly abuse ubers.
Just because it's the default, doesn't mean it's okay.
