There is zero customer service. No phone number, just a chatbot that sends an email you wait for weeks for a reply but there is no resolution just template replies. I have been asked 4 times to send the same information and get the same generic response every time.... "we are working towards a solution".
Shipping is super slow.
They make a huge deal about making sure someone 21+ is available to sign but disregard when packages are not delivered.
I can't even cancel my membership. I'll have to wait for it to expire without receiving the service or products I already paid for.
