How can the blade weaver be useful if it only gets activated with a melee attack that costs less than 10 mana? The only way we can get one stack is with the free attack granted by the enchant weapon.

Man I really need a beginner guide „for dummies“ for this game. Leveling my first character right now and I have 0 clue, even after watching guides and stuff. Do I craft in the beginning? What do I craft? How do I craft something that will be useful for my class? I’m already using a loot filter for the leveling build I am doing, but I still have 3 full stash tabs of stuff.. 😅

Basically read the tags of the damaging skills you are using and find gear that increases damage for that tag. For example, if you are playing a warlock for example and are focusing on necrotic damage you might look for gear that gives you Necrotic damage or if the ability has a physical tag, you would look for gear with additional physical damage and so on. Really depends on what the build is aiming towards, damage wise.

Considering Shatter Strike's mana use, would it not be better to use Mana Strike instead of Fire Brand? Your Shatter Strike numbers would be a bit lower, but you'd be able to spam it a lot more. I also see a cold-spec Surge as a better option compared to Teleport.

I don't like my Spellblade with that Firebrand setup, it's a bit clunky for me, I love just pure Build, which just spam Shatter Strike :)

Was wondering about Blade Weaver passive. Says you only gain a stack of Blade Weaving when you use melee attack that costs less than 10 mana but Conflagrate in Firebrand tree says cost is +10. So not understanding how you get the Blade Weaver benefit.

Using Fire Brand (a melee attack) builds the stacks (use it 3 times upon reaching the enemy) and then use Enchant Weapon (grants a "free" Shatter Strike) and triggers Blade Weaver.

@@brendanolivier5674 Enchant Weapon gives you a "free" extra Shatter Strike which when the free second Shatter Strike fires off you get the Blade Weaving.
