I'll start. Best to least best books (none are bad obviously) 1 Deathly hallows (the anticipation of that coming out was bonkers. What a time!) 2 Azkhaban. 3 Philosophers Stone. 4. Goblet. (The scene in the 🪦 terrified me. Because Dumbledore had no idea what was happening. When I realised he had to die in the end) 3 Chamber then prince and order.puy that last coz we had a long wait for that baby. And the prophecy thing was a bit meh
A lot of the things you mentioned in OOTP weren't in the movies. Hagrid showed up injured in the movie but there was never any explanation. I think the major reason most rank OOTP lower is one reason. Delores Umbridge. Half-blood Prince is my favorite book but my least favorite movie. I love all of the memories about Voldemort. No Peeves isn't in the movies at all. They filmed some scenes of them for the 1st movie but cut them out. Favorite characters: Hagrid, Molly Weasley and McGonagall. I can appreciate Snape's heroism, bravery and sacrifice and still think he's an absolutely awful person otherwise.
