I give my sim dance machine as a trait. It allows for disco napping which replenishes energy a lot faster than normal sleep. Also, I do at least 5 aspirations at once and use a garden with dragon fruit for loads of income.
Please please make a fairytale house. I really wanna see your family live in it. I think it would look really cute and another thing I want you to try to seduce a mermaids
If you play without mods and have the normal 8 Sim household limit, I always give my teens the "manual labor" job because the schedule is weekends only, in the morning. It's extra hours dealing with less Sims and the job makes A LOT of money. The short hours also makes it easy to get their needs back up to focus on school more. I also recommend reading all the parenting skill books while pregnant with the very first baby. You can get your Sim to at least level 4 Parenting, instead of waiting to interact with babies. It also kills time before the chaos really begins😂
Having your matriarch be Evil is really funny actually, she'll get positive moodlets from being around uncomfortable unhappy sims, which means she will automatically be in a good mood when the babies are stinky hungry or sad
One of the hacks I recommend is putting a radio in the dining room. EVERY single time I have my kids eat I also have them winding down with classical. This way they are filling both hunger and fun need, plus social if eating together, AND they are constantly building the emotional control character value.
Oh I forgot to mention. I read tips on how someone finished the 100 baby challenge in 1 generation. One thing that I learned is switching to different aspirations when doing different things gets reward points faster. For example serail romantic when your looking for a baby daddy, super parent when taking care of the kids, creative aspiration when painting or writing etc. This does really work on getting aspiration points fast.
I also suggest using the reward points your kids naturally get over time to buy potions while your main Sim saves their points towards the traits. That's what I've been doing in my Not-so-Berry challenge. All the adults and siblings reward points go to the potions while my heir gains points for helpful traits for their challenge requirements.
Another thing I have found good for toddler is use beach play sand in terrain paint it works well for imagination and they find shells you can sell bonus

My suggestions would be doing the bestselling author aspiration because the royalties come in 1-2x a week, followed by the fabulously wealthy aspiration as it gives you a weekly deposit of simoleons based on your household funds. I found that using those 2 I tended to have over 100k simoleons before 4 weeks had passed and 20 kids were moved out. Writing 4 books a day had me at almost 500k simoleons with the best house I could make before hitting half-way through the challenge.
I think the new amended rules are a bit harsh tbh. I much prefer the rules DrGluon incorporated that Kelsey has adopted. Getting the top infant trait is the same as the top-notch toddler trait (which isn't required). So I'll be following the 3 of each milestone rules instead
Yep, that’s the one I like too! It just makes sense. They have to be able to laugh, be able to tummy time on their own, and the third one in fine motor. I’ll probably be keeping these rules too. Besides, the Top Notch Infant trait isnt based on how many milestones they have, it’s how attentively their needs were met. I have had multiples who had the same amount of milestones but one got Happy Infant and one got Top Notch 🤷♀️
Yeah me too. It takes forever to get them to sit up and I think it should be challenging, and infants are already challenging, but equally time consuming compared to the other life stages
I'm in the middle of my 100 Baby (56 babies!) challenge when I heard this new rule and I simply refuse 😂 Not gonna do it. Infants are challenging enough.
Not only do I love Kelsey's vid here, I also love people's comments on furthering tips to do! To add on to the read parenting book before first baby, I'd also do building up other skills like Cooking, charisma and something to eventually make money like painting or author. Easiest way to build up the artist skill is to get the mural item so you can level up a few painting skill points before wasting money on paintings from an easel at the beginning so then you'll have higher sales with the higher skill set.
Potion of youth doesn’t age a sim down, it resets their current age. Also the display cases for food is an absolute godsend and I love it! I use it for all of my saves that have multiple kids in the house.
If you have tiny living, i recommend starting the challenge in a tiny house. It will honestly not last super long, but the matriach and the first few kids will build skills faster and have lower bills and it's also easier to romace new baby daddies. It helps you get of the ground and save money for a real house later on
I always play the challenge with the tiny home bonus! You can set tents up outside the house to save space inside and put an outhouse outside. The treehouse is another good option for a space for them to sleep without using up any of the tiles!
1 tip I like to use is having my kids and teens meditate. It gives them the mental skill but also builds there emotional control trait at the same time.

Actually, the high chair, if you can put up with the annoyance, you can feed toddlers for free. Avoid giving them the dessert foods, or they will have an attitude later. You can cancel the interaction after the sim put the food on the high chair and send the toddler to go get it. You can talk to them while they eat, which adds communication and relationship. I would add another game changer that Kelsey NEVER does in her games. Have someone in the house fully upgrade the sinks, toilets, bed, tubs, electronics, kitchen appliances if you cook, shower (in that approximate order). Upgraded items almost never break, rarely needs cleaning and increases efficacy which can free up time for all the Sims in your house! - Upgraded sink and toilets also keep your Sim's hygiene level high which means all Sims that use them almost never needs to shower or bathe (unless they do something really gross like pee themselves). Don't waste your satisfaction points on forever fresh, you don't need it. This also means you only need to spend money on one shower for emergency purposes only. - Some upgraded items can also give you a happy moodlet just for using that item. Additional note with satisfaction points, if you upgrade all the items in the house, then the only traits I would recommend are Steel Bladder because peeing and pregnancy go hand in hand and one of the hunger ones depending on whether you sometimes want to eat for the moodlet or never have to waste time eating. Then if you still feel you need more time for not sleeping, then I would choose seldom sleepy over never weary because sleeping in your bed once in a while will give you a happy moodlet. But if you plan on choosing never weary, I wouldn't bother getting an expensive bed or potentially upgrading the bed unless you really want to. My last game changing tip... when you go into labor, invite the next baby daddy to the house. After he's at your house, then go to the hospital to have your bab(ies) (don't bring him) and when you come home, your next baby daddy is waiting for you at home to get you pregnant again. This means even less time between pregnancies!
I'm pretty sure in order to upgrade the bed you have to have handiness 8 so this will probably happen regardless. I usually have my matriarch learn it.

hey kelsey! just wanted to thank you for posting the content you do. been going brought quite a tough time and your videos make me so much happier. i love to watch them while i do my daily tasks.
When I did my challenge, I always had my toddlers on the second floor, I made them play with caregiver and blocks until they got to the movement level where they can go downstairs. If you have multiple sims that can play with a toddler, it goes very fast.
You can create a club with wouhou as club activity to speed up the baby making ! Just add the futur daddies, call a club meeting, do the deed and voilà ! I also put cleaning as a club activity and make them wear sexy lace underwears as a club uniform. : )
About toddlers, I noticed that it’s better to focus on everything but movement. The movement skill improves so fast because the toddler walks here and there to eat, play, sleep etc. So I prefer to: help the toddler with potty every time he needs it, never letting him use the diapers, and focusing on imagination. That way, movement and potty kind of get completed together 😸
I just started my own 100 baby challenge last week so this was convenient timing lol. Super helpful along with all of your 100 baby challenge videos, thanks Kelsey!
@@sharlenehuriwai lol no I believe that she had some mods or expansions for it bc all my children just stay the same… i have been playing since more than 6 months and nothing changed… Do your children give birth to more? If so how did u do it lol 😂
I like to make a club with my teens and child sims. As I accumulate points I buy perks for skills, or rally the troops. They gain skill SO much faster when they are in a club gathering, which allows them to age up faster.
I'd like some suggestions catered more towards people who just have the base game. I have some packs, but not the parenting or family stuff, so lots of stuff you say is helpful I just don't have. I'd like to see some replacement recommendations for the ones that are pack exclusive.
Unfortunately, I'm not sure I have any additional non pack exclusive tips that I didn't include here! I included everything I notice that's helpful and unfortunately, many are pack related. But I did try to point out when they are pack related so you can skip those!
If you can keep it a tiny house you can put a lot of skill building stuff outside and thier skills grow SO fast. Managed to do all 100 in a single life stage (i didnt have growing together though) Also, using a club to make sure the new baby daddy will come over as soon as you give birth no matter the time of day. If you have fully upgraded bunk beds i discovered that if a todd bed is slotted under it it will help the todds sleep a little faster. At 30-50 kids i was able to complete one of the wealthy aspirations and it gives you a trait that you just get money every week based on home much money you have. Also the dance machine thing is a lifesaver
Hey Kelsey. Loving your videos... I wanted to add another tip. For toddlers with the thinking skill they can play in the cabinets to gain skill in thinking. Its a pretty decent rate at which they gain their skill and its handy for when your just starting out and can't yet afford the wabbit tablet.
I've been thinking about doing this challenge since I first discovered you doing the 100 baby challenge. I'm actually rewatching it again because you're just so entertaining 😂. Thank you so much for this guide 🙂
For toddlers i used to struggle with the thinking skill but apparently having your toddlers "watch" other sims gets their thinking up SOOO fast!! Like its actually insane how quickly the thinking skill goes up if you just queue up a few "watch" actions
HELPFUL TIP: create a club with some of your baby daddies so then they can come over and help with cleaning, cooking, and helping with the kids homework, etc.
Randomly watching this I thought about a gameplay idea. Someone's probably already done this, but here's the idea: Create one matriarch but have everyone in the towns who are young adults and older be able to get someone pregnant and make your sim the only one who can get pregnant. Whoever knocks at your door, well that's your next baby mommy/daddy.
Please make a 100 baby starter home! I just started the challenge for the first time (I’m on baby 11) and I’m not a builder so I have the items but my house is a hot mess lol
Depending on the plant, but eating fresh fruit and veggies can give your sim additional happy moodlets for each level of item and they can be stacked. For example if you ate a normal apple, then a nice apple, then a good apple you would gain 3 separate happy moodlets for eat fresh fruit, one for each apple level. If I recall the the length of the moodlet is dependent of the quality of the fruit or vegetable.
I watched your 1st 100 vaby challenge and now I have been watching your speed run challenge. I learned some of the tips you mentioned here from watching your videos. I also learned if you have a child play video games it brings their motor skill up. Also, when child plays a video game and has that motor skill it changes when they age to teen to video gaming skill. I have had several children when they aged to teen alredy at level 2 video gaming skill. This also happened when I had a child with mental aspiration play chess. When the child aged to teen the logic was already at level 2. Also, if you go in when a teen ages up and add likes for certain activities then their fun goes up for that activity. I love to do this for cooking. It helps a lot because when a teen comes home their hunger and fun are usually low. I have them cook, move the food over to the refrigerator display. Then do homework.
I keep commenting about the cake! Have a stay-at-home child achieve the cooking aspiration, and cook a bunch of cakes and grand meals that will never spoil, and keep them in a box. You can also take food that is close to spoiling (or even after making) and put it in a sims inventory or the fridge. Toddlers can't eat it, so if you have cake someone cut into, you can keep toddlers from having a sugar crash. Children can spam their responsibility trait by packing sack lunches. Whoever eats it gets a special positive moodlet. You can keep a spoiled sack lunch in a sim's inventory, and they will eat it if they get hungry at school, without feeling gross that they have spoiled food in their inventory, and they won't get sick from eating it.
If you can manage the fortune aspiration "Fabulously Wealthy" you will get a stipend in your family funds every week based off the money you have. Sort of a long term goal but if you can make it work, it helps alleviate the struggle for money! Also, thank you for this video and comments section. This is prime 100 Baby Tip gold!
The banquet table sounds like my old Sims 2 truck of buying the wedding my table because it came with food & you could refill it for cheaper than just getting food
understanding how much money you can make from the fancy trash can, I can only imagine how much could have been made during the cleanup from Platemageddon
I always give my kids a diary - if something embarrassing happened in school or any specific negative thing, they can write it out and get over it sooners, and get on with their homework. As teens they can still use it and gain Writing skills :)
I actually disagree whenever people say that having single babies per pregnancy is faster. I'm a veteran at this challenge and I always plan my household and my matriarch's pregnancies so that she always has twins every pregnancy. Now that we have infants, I wouldn't dare aim for triplets, but twins are fine. I make sure there's only enough space for two babies at a time so no surprise triplets (or more, lol). Having multiples means fewer baby daddies/pregnancies needed and more help once they are kids/teens. Also as toddlers they can talk and play with each other and watch each other for the thinking and potty skill. I've never had issues moving out my older kids before it's time for the next babies to be born, save for weekends. But it's really about managing the number of household members and making sure you efficiently get the babies aged up as quick as possible and out of the house in time. But that said, to each their own. If people prefer single baby pregnancies, by all means that's what you should do.
I saw someone else (while back, can't remember who) start their 100 baby challenge in a tiny home. You gain skills faster and at the very start you don't have many sims anyways. It's snug and you have to upgrade your house quickly but you can build up your parenting and whatever money-making skills faster.
What I did with my 100 baby challenge with no expansions (so no banquet table) was Max up my matriarch cooking skill, then they can mentor the teens when they cook and that was the skill I got my teens to learn and I would get food + skill and the mentoring helped avoid the fires and build up the skill faster
I did that with a matriarch and both of her first two sets she had triplets. I noticed after she had two sets of triplets she was aging up faster then the matriarch I had before that. I restarted the challenge several times before that mtriarch because when I had kids move out they would disppear completely from my game. I don't know if that was a mod I had at the time or a game glitch. Now, I have no mods at the moment so far with the matriarch I have this time no disappeared kids yet. If it happens this time though, I am not starting over again. I will just have to subtract a child I guess.
If I don’t use the death cheat my sims die almost every time I play. Usually from Vengeful Deity. I wonder if it’s a glitch on my part because only one sim has died during these play through unless they are old. I can’t seem to get over this problem to play the 100 baby challenge. 🤷🏼♀️
Has anyone recommended living in a micro home? I had 50 kids before I hit half way through the young adult with no expanded household using that. You can cheat it as such ala lil simsie and have a full size home space. Its honestly op if you can get the matriarchal trait from successful lineage (made my sim teen age up and marry someone in the same day then move in with them then got the matriarch pregnant, if that ain't the sims summed up in a sentence I don't know what is lol) loving the series! Xx
Tips for keeping your matriarch pregnant at all times (if you want to go through this challenge with just one matriarch): If it's during the day, invite your next baby daddy over the moment your matriarch goes into labor and flirt with them to get them in a flirty mood while you're waiting for her to have the baby (I personally suggest just having the baby at home). If it's almost nighttime and your matriarch is in the third trimester, invite your next baby daddy over and invite them to stay the night in case your matriarch goes into labor when the baby daddy would otherwise be sleeping. And either way, once the baby's born, don't even bother interacting with the newborn (their fine for the first hour or more once born) and just immediately click the "try for baby" interaction. I'm nearing halfway through my 100 Baby Challenge and my first matriarch still has 20 in-game days before she ages up from Young Adult to Adult because of using those tips.
Another thing that I do is have the baby Daddies or baby Mommies stay over for a few days just so they can help out and be in their kids lives. It's helpful for me. I don't know if that is against the rules but I don't play by the rules. 🤣🤣
I use some pandasama mods to help toddlers learn faster. Like the trampoline or the basketball (movement), the xylophone (thinking) and the interactions are super C.U.T.E. Also, I just give tones of attention and love to infants. Because to have the top notch trait you just need them to be happy with moodlets like "well cared" or "loved". They don't need to learn anything to have the trait. But it depends on the rules you are following. 😅 I like to have the matriarch work on the music station (idk if that's the name of the thing) because when you have the media production skill at max you only have to randomly make some songs and you win a lot of money. Those are some of my tricks.
@@glykera I understand that. But I'm doing this challenge for the 4th time already. Using the same toys all the time is a little bit boring after so many baby challenges. To prevent the "cheating" part I also have other mod to make a "skill delay" while using pandasama's toys. I just have more toys 😅
I give my sim dance machine as a trait. It allows for disco napping which replenishes energy a lot faster than normal sleep. Also, I do at least 5 aspirations at once and use a garden with dragon fruit for loads of income.

If your reading this I hope you'll have a great day
Aww thanks ☺️ you too
You too!!
I just started my own 100 baby challenge last week so this was convenient timing lol. Super helpful along with all of your 100 baby challenge videos, thanks Kelsey!
As an OG from the beginning of the first series!!!!!!!!! I love this I may play it on my own channel!❤❤
The Nano can connect to a changing table so that you don't have to search for the stinky diapers.
I was just about to say this as well!
very true! it'll just depend if you have the money to have more than one. (also I still hate the changing table for the challenge haha)
Do you know how she makes her children have children and jobs once evicted?
@@britneyspalacedoesn’t she just move them into another household? Puts them back into the world.
@@sharlenehuriwai lol no I believe that she had some mods or expansions for it bc all my children just stay the same… i have been playing since more than 6 months and nothing changed… Do your children give birth to more? If so how did u do it lol 😂
I love this thank you! I’m always so intimidated by it but this helps!
Off topic, but your hair looks amazing Kelsey 🤩
If you can keep it a tiny house you can put a lot of skill building stuff outside and thier skills grow SO fast. Managed to do all 100 in a single life stage (i didnt have growing together though)
Also, using a club to make sure the new baby daddy will come over as soon as you give birth no matter the time of day.
Living for the double 100 baby challenge upload thank you so much, Kelsey!
Haha 😂
Please make a 100 baby starter home! I just started the challenge for the first time (I’m on baby 11) and I’m not a builder so I have the items but my house is a hot mess lol
Gardening is also a great way to earn money!
You just reminded me of a link I need to post...
I really want to see Kelsey try the 100 Baby Momma Challenge.
I did this one it's really fun.
Oh my God I really wanted her to do this. I’m so excited.
Me not planning on doing the 100 baby challenge but still watching this 😊
This was amazing Kelsey!
Omg pls build a starter home that would be awesome!
understanding how much money you can make from the fancy trash can, I can only imagine how much could have been made during the cleanup from Platemageddon
I always give my kids a diary - if something embarrassing happened in school or any specific negative thing, they can write it out and get over it sooners, and get on with their homework. As teens they can still use it and gain Writing skills :)
The snack bag in the toddler room. They can get food from it and it can be stored on a shelf.
I love this challenge!
Hot tip for the todd phase: do not leave potty til the end bc the poor tots will be stuck on that potty for hours on end 😅
Also don’t buy bassinets cps gives you a free one and once the baby ages up into an infant you can sell the bassinets for 150
What I did with my 100 baby challenge with no expansions (so no banquet table) was Max up my matriarch cooking skill, then they can mentor the teens when they cook and that was the skill I got my teens to learn and I would get food + skill and the mentoring helped avoid the fires and build up the skill faster
University showers are amazing because you can have multiple people showering at the same time or showering while someone is using the bathroom
YES PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BUILD A STARTER HOUSE!!!! (love your vids 🥰)
i would love a new 100 baby starter home!!
To help me I always put my future bd’s in a club one at a time so I can hurry and make a baby then remove them when my sim is pregnant 😂.
9:45 note the fridge display comes with get to work
I just started again and had triplets first birth!
I will just have to subtract a child I guess.
would definitely love the starter home
Starter home plz ❤
If I don’t use the death cheat my sims die almost every time I play. Usually from Vengeful Deity. I wonder if it’s a glitch on my part because only one sim has died during these play through unless they are old. I can’t seem to get over this problem to play the 100 baby challenge. 🤷🏼♀️
Can you go to the settings and change how long your life cycle is
With the changing table you can switch out the trashcan to the more expensive trash can, that gives you money...
KELSEY IS DEFINITELY THE MAMA!
4 seconds in, instant like. You are so funny!
get famous sleeping pod saves my LIFE. i use it for my matriarch and she can get a full night's sleep in 5 sim hours fully upgraded.
Xx
Please finish the Not So Berry challenge!
Every time I try to start the 100 Baby Challenge something happens and I lose the save. Maybe one day I will successfully complete the challenge 😂
I don’t even bother with toddler beds anymore because they always wake up with nightmares. The play tent never gives nightmares.
I've always wanted to do this challenge and i have the best candidate ready
Thank you for this
My first time being able to see me like the video and it changes the likes amount
PS: I was here in 2 minutes
Just imagine this is a parenting hack video😭All the tips are so weird then😂
Thanks for the video 🤗❤
for your next episodes here are some baby names :) : Sailor, Wyatt, Nova and Cyrus
Hi Kelsey!! 😊 Names I suggest are Katie (f) and Kyler (m). 💙
Do you have a video explaining how to have more than 8 sims in a household?
It's in her speedrun 100 infant challenge. Kelsey uses MCC command center. It's a mod.
@@amandamarie2937 I tried downloading that one and it didn’t work😣 but thank you!
Can you name a baby
Boy-Marcus
Girl-Avery
Please I have been asking since Alexis in the first challenge
Tips for keeping your matriarch pregnant at all times (if you want to go through this challenge with just one matriarch):
If it's during the day, invite your next baby daddy over the moment your matriarch goes into labor and flirt with them to get them in a flirty mood while you're waiting for her to have the baby (I personally suggest just having the baby at home).
You look so pretty! This was a fun video
Another thing that I do is have the baby Daddies or baby Mommies stay over for a few days just so they can help out and be in their kids lives. It's helpful for me. I don't know if that is against the rules but I don't play by the rules. 🤣🤣
I make my matriarch have science babies with her friends. It's expensive but faster than pregnancy.
Now I want to try a run where you never get pregnant but only have science babies.
My go to is painting, writing and nano trash can. For money making
I’m so glad I did the 100 baby challenge before the infant update came out! Because…yikes…lol
If they is twin girls, name them Rylee and Rory. Please and ty! I love your content!
In the next episode, please give everybody makeover
I use some pandasama mods to help toddlers learn faster. Like the trampoline or the basketball (movement), the xylophone (thinking) and the interactions are super C.U.T.E.
Also, I just give tones of attention and love to infants. Because to have the top notch trait you just need them to be happy with moodlets like "well cared" or "loved". They don't need to learn anything to have the trait. But it depends on the rules you are following. 😅
I like to have the matriarch work on the music station (idk if that's the name of the thing) because when you have the media production skill at max you only have to randomly make some songs and you win a lot of money. Those are some of my tricks.
Using mods that make the challenge easier is cheating
@@glykera I understand that. But I'm doing this challenge for the 4th time already. Using the same toys all the time is a little bit boring after so many baby challenges. To prevent the "cheating" part I also have other mod to make a "skill delay" while using pandasama's toys. I just have more toys 😅
Do I watch Kelsey's content regularly yes.
Do I intend to play sims no
Will I still watch this video yes.
