Thanks a lot. I didn't realize you could adjust visibility of layers for each frame. I thought you simply added one layer per frame. I kept ending up with multiples of the same frame.
Great, easy to understand video; btw, there is a Create Frames from Layers option in the menu to the top right of the timeline (a great timesaver if your animation has many layers).
I thought I was going crazy for a minute. It's so frustrating that you have to go one by one. I don't know when it changed, but you used to be able to just highlight all of them and select "frames from layers" and it'd import all of them into the timeline. edit: Apparently you still can, you just have to deselect everything and then do it and it'll import all layers into frames. What an odd change
