Sorry to be “that guy”, but I think that last fact of how many litres over your lifetime is off by a factor of 1000. 51,000,000 litres divided by the number of days in 80 years (around 26,000) is still 2000 litres. I think you meant 2000 millilitres?
It might be interesting for some to know that people who live with active UC or Chron's can poop up to 20+ times a day. Before having my colon removed I averaged 8-10 a day for just over 4 years straight. That number increased during times of bacterial infection and decreased slightly when using synthetic pain killers (Doctors always found that odd for some reason).
My family, along with quite a few other people I know have begun using a poop stool (hilarious I know) to simulate the benefits of a squat toilet. It seems that elevating the legs creates a more proper angle for the bowels to evacuate themselves, I guess the "traditional" sit-down toilets actually put a lot of weird pressure on that whole region making shitting more difficult. Whatever the case my poops come out much easier now, poop stools for everyone!

Yeah, I've tried a crouch toilet before and honestly this may sound gross but you feel like the excrement comes out much easier and you actually feel fully relieved after your done. Plus I've read some studies that say the crouch toilet is healthier for us, so intriguing!
