Great video, thank you for the very in-depth discussion on his powers, I'm actually writing a Speedball-centered story, and I've been researching him and this has been easily the most useful, and complete resource I've found in hours of searching!

you would think that genetic memory would allow him to remember speed-ball after penance and that would allow him to eject the shrapnel from his body, but he should be a bale to go back and forth between penance and speed-ball. Would make him a cooler character. Could have an outfit that works in a way kenetic energy makes it expand and look like his penance look, so he can switch back and forth. The outfit could flip and the side that was showing was the power he had as the other side of the outfit was negating that power/ability from going threw.
He's proven that he can. Penance is just a more aggressive manifestation of his kinetic powers, it's sorta like how Warren Worthington can instantly switch from Angel to Archangel.
