The little otter in the water sure was a cutie, popping his head up! The rocksI on the beach, made me want to come there and hunt , I paint Kindness rocks! Started right before the self quarantine, and now I hide them out along our walks in Valley Forge , Pa. Every day!! Cant wait till your next Vlog!
Ooooh, we LOVE that you paint kindness rocks! We actually brought some rocks back from Homer to mail to a friend in California who does the same thing. The rocks in Homer are perfect for painting!

I recently read a book that was set near Homer ( The Great Alone ) so it was so interesting to see that you were going there. I was awestruck at the views , it’s striking how beautiful Alaska is , from someone who’s never been ! Just beautiful! Great video!
Breathtaking! Inspiring me to scrapbook my Alaska trip...only 20 some years after the fact! lol. I am a list maker so I would have one for the RV & print it out every time. I have many for Disney too, whether we're driving or flying...need different things. We do the crustables for our drive down to Disney for our first lunch, they dethaw at the right time. Have some really great memories when the kids were small and we stop to eat.

My DH & I are really enjoying your RV trip adventures❤️ Our Alaskan Princess cruise 🚢 this year was cancelled:( but rebooked for late May 2021👍 IF it gets canceled again....we’ll mostly certainly fly up and rent an RV👍
Thank you so much for taking me along! You have us thinking more and more about renting an RV! Perhaps next summer, if our Disney Cruise falls through again. I'd like to RV up to Mackinac Island if we do a "close to home" trip. :D How is the bed in the RV? Is it soft or is it like laying on a piece of plywood? (I ask because my back doesn't do well with hard surfaces, so wondering if we'd need to grab a mattress topper). THANK YOU AGAIN for this AMAZING start of a fabulous weekend trip!!!!! :D
The bed in this RV actually was pretty nice! You could probably go by your RV rental place and ask if you could see the inside of an RV before you rent just to see if the bed would work.

When you go to Seward make sure to go to the SeaLife Center. They are in serious financial danger and are at risk of closing down if their can’t raise two million dollars in then the few months.
We visit the SeaLife Center on almost every trip there and we will definitely be visiting them when we go in August! Thanks for letting us know, I'm sad they are in that position.

Hmm, that's a good question. I would probably recommend a hotel in Anchorage and then getting the RV once you leave town.
