I first lifted weights at 8 years of age when I insisted my dad to buy me. I've since done weight training and a lot of sports. I grew to be 6.1 feet. My father is 5.7 ft and mother is 5.5 ft. I strongly believe that my height grew tall because my bones; the musculoskeletal system was constantly fired. Otherwise my family history doesn't have such tall genes. It's a myth that weight lifting stunts growth.

My main goal is building strength
But since I am skinny fat I decided to build muscle first.
So after my required muscle building is completed and then if I shift to strength building, will I lose my muscles? Please help.

There ain't any. You can't increase your height by exercising.

Sir i have a question. I am a student in canada. I do labour work as Painter along with studies. I get very tired after work. My diet doesn’t fulfill my body requirements because i have subscribed Tiffin service ( Roti daal sabzi) . I can’t go to gym because of my busy schedule.I Want to know that should I take whey protein or not ? Or I should get another supplement? Body type skinny underweight?Please suggest me paji?
Do home workouts for at least 30 mins if time permits. Once you are consistent with it you can start whey supplement after a couple of months

@@kamaljitsandhu2565 then I suggest you to have eggs(boiled or cooked) instead of whey protein. You don't need any supplement (whey protein)

No. Rounded shoulders means your back muscles are weak do work on them and a few stretching after workout to release chest muscles which are responsible for your rounded shoulders.

I have a friend who is doing workout for a long time and I started it few weeks ago and I asked him do i eat walnut does it have high calorie of protein, fat and he said " yes you can but only if you can drag it" i don't understand what does he mean by drag and how do I do it and there are no video for that in RUclips you are the only one who can help me
