Excellent choice. Buy small and then think big!! Some of these folks crack me up wanting EVERYTHING while working with a small budget. These may be 10 yr old home prices, but lakeside anywhere, is going to be expensive. Currently, in north AL, I’ve seen laskeside lots, no structures, $250,000.

Everytime I watch this series? The couples who are the buyers are very, very polite. They look at the positives, but when it is not ideal for them? They receive threats of making sacrifices, consider their budget, very pie in the sky delusional thinking. This guy needs a course in people skills. Does Rob have any idea how condescending he is? I would not learn anything from Rob. He is not factoring in the time it takes for people to save for an opportunity like this.
