Changing a FLAT TIRE, trackside edition!

When you encounter a flat tire at the track, don't pack up and leave, bring the necessary items to quickly resolve your flat tire and get back to riding. At 6:10 we should have moved the Bead Buddy to the opposite side of the tire again, where it is at 6:10 isn't holding the opposite side of the tire down into the drop center.

What do you use to seat the bead track side

For an MX/off-road tire, you can seat the bead with a standard air pump, not a lot of pressure is needed compared to street applications.

To inspect the inner part of the rim, we recommend this if it's difficult to determine what caused the flat.
