I am having the same challenge as a previous person who commented where I cannot for the 4x6 roll. What inserts do I need to remove for it to fit?

Why can't I get my 4x6 roll to fit into the printer. I was printing with 5x7 and want to switch it to 4x6 but it's like the printer isn;t wide enough despite ordering the correct paper size? What am I missing?
You probably have the inserts in.
