So far, no rattle. The M600 works beautifully, following from a service/overhaul. The frame (including battery, cables, chain etc) seems quiet. So the frame is off to a good start. But I'll keep everyone posted. Thanks for your comment 👍🏿
If it helps, I can quickly shoot a video showing how to mount the motor and what tools /grease / torque specs to sufficiently tighten the motor. Bare with me 👍🏿
@@neekodevinchi Excellent. I can find fragmented information on Emtb forum, but nobody ever said: 'Best way is to do it like this or that.' To be honest I think there are quite a few noobs who can use some kind of tutorial for their Dengfu build as first time builders. I managed to find some visual clues on what does what, but what is inside is not explained, so I would just figure something out, but no idea if it is the smart way since I/we are doing it 'blind'.

I own Luna Cycles X2 V2 need your help finding the Custom Yoke so i can fit larger rear shock 216x63 or bigger if possible. I ride hard downduro style. Still a newb but finally ready to upgrade suspension. But can't find that custom Yoke anywhere
@neekodevinchi yes its with the ludicrous motor, but i need your help. I can not find the custom Yoke to put the larger rear shock on my E10 V2. Can you please help me, i know you did that conversion on your E10 V2. Also are you as stoked as me about the new Bafang M560 3.1Kg verse m600 3.9kg, & it has that extra power.
Thanks for sharing! Very tempted to get a build together, although not sure which frame to go for: E10, 22, or 55 - for a M610 pairing. Also, what's up with shipping prices from China? Think the price will remain this elevated for the foreseeable future?
Apologies for the delay. I've had to postpone my E10 v E22 video, in anticipation of the Bafang M610 motor and the E55. I'll be delving into both in due course. As for shipping, yes. It is on the experience side depending on where you live. In the UK, it is around £200 which includes duty and tax. Thanks for your comment 👍🏿
@@neekodevinchi thanks for the reply. Looking forward to it! I know shipping prices fluctuate with demand, but they've been elevated for a while now. Hope they stabilise somewhat soon. I haven't seen them this high in my almost decade of doing these kinds of builds.

Apologies for the delay Chris. No. The E10s use a proprietary mech hanger design (not the sram udh). As a result, it cannot run the new sram T type transmission. However, the E10s can run the older sram axs wireless drivetrain or the Wherltop wireless drivetrain. They don't require the udh👍🏿

550lb spring. Before I answer the question 'have I noticed a difference in terms of progression?', I need to run an air shock (Fox x2) on the v2 E10. Technically speaking, the anti squat figures between the v1 and v2 are different. But I'll cover this in more detail in an upcoming video 👍🏿
Hi, enjoyed this vida lot . I have a m510 which has failed after 40 miles & is making a grinding noise when the motor is delivering assistance. do i need specal tools to open it up & can i get spares ? bafang are supplying a new motor under warranty but it would be nice to fix it & keep as a spare , can you help , thanks dave.
Hi Dave, GBK has the majority of components you need to service the M510 motor. The grinding sound suggests that the main reduction gear and the one-way needle bearing are soon to seize. This will result in the crank spindle from freely moving backwards, independently from the chainring/spider. The tools you would need are, -4mm allen key -3mm allen key -T25 -T15 -Needle nose pliers -Mallet preferably but could use a hammer -Teflon grease -suspension grease My intention will be to release service videos of how to strip, service & rebuild bafang motors. I am awaiting for my new M610 motor, which will allow me to fully dissect the motor internally for any discrepancies compared to the M410/M500/M600/M510. Be sure to keep a watchful eye on upcoming content 👍🏿
Is it easy to service newer Bafang motors? I've read through multiple threads that the M600 and M510 are more difficult compared to the BBSHD. Great video
Thanks dude. Servicing Bafang motors overall isn't as difficult as some may claim. It all comes down to the parts required, where to find the parts, what tools are required and how/where to install the part. The fundamentals of all Bafang motors (gear driven), are prevalent throughout their system. So 'in a way', performing a service on any Bafang motor is more down to common sense. i.e. using grease in certain areas to prevent certain parts from failing. I'll be uploading service tutorials on Bafang motors soon so keep a watchful eye 👍
You're very kind Pamela. Please let me know if you have any specific questions about the Dengfu E10v2. Failing that, I'll be publishing a comparison video between the original variant of the E10 and the newest release 👍🏿
That's the plan moving into 2023. I'm on the verge of building up emtbs which I'll debut for next year. Some of which will be using different motor otherthan Bafang. Fingers crossed, my contribution will appeal to an audience, not wanting to spend £4000+ on a full suspension ebike 👍🏿

It seems unlike Dengfu to only offer 1-2 frame sizes. Whilst I'm not able to comment as to the geometry for other frame sizes for the E55/E56 (yet!), i remain confident that more information will be published in early 2023 👍🏿
I need to know where I can get a 60 BMS battery with 20amphr for the Dengfu E10 V2. Ride a Luna Cycles V2 Ludicrous and they want a rediculous amount of money for their Battery and I was wondering what is the biggest battery available for the Dengfu E-10 V2. There has to be alternative Batteries available for the Dengfu E-10 V2. Is there any 20amphr 60BMS batteries anywhere on the market? @NEEKO DEVINCHI
I have seen custom 60v batteries which my fellow bafang fanatics have built. But I'm not too sure whether they'll make a business out of building them for the general consumer. In addition, a battery configuration you're describing will add some weight. And i'm not sure whether the M560 motor can support that type of power. I'll make some enquiries to see if it's possible. But I do know that you can get 52v batteries for E10 fairly easily👍🏿
I gotta know how you were able to go bigger then the max size rear shock which Dengfu says is 210x55. I would like to get another 10MM of travel out of rear, but not sure how to go about it.
