Do you have your vanilla recipe uploaded and more to make sure the alcohol is taken out of it for if you use your vanilla for no bake cookies the alcohol can't be baked out so how do you cleanse you vanilla for possible no bake options that children might be eating? I'm a newer first time mom for im not 30 yet, on my first child & he'll be two in less than a month but I'm also recently single and had to move back with some family members so this helps me so much but I also need to move soon & quickly for my family is dealing with mass medical bills for my step father has cancer and I have no income so my family has to help me and my child. Would it be reasonable to just say screw it and start my small art business plus make some social media pages to promote it and all the apps I use to save money
Probably illegal to take clippings from a plant that someone else is selling and sell that. Thats theft. But if it’s your own plant you can do whatever you want with it I’m sure.
@@jessicaripko Here are the two legal problems in the USA: 1. Plant patents. These only last 20 years and make it illegal to propagate a plant that someone owns the rights to it's genetic material. Pothos in its original form isn't patented, but any new varieties breeders have come out with within the past 20 years probably are. (Someone could have bred it to be a darker or a lighter color, or variegated, or dwarf, or larger than normal, etc...) 2. Trademarks. You can propagate if they are no longer patented, BUT you can't use a trademarked name, you have to use the scientific name. An easier example in my mind is Tylenol, which is acetopetaphin. If you were a drug maker, you can sell acetopetaphin, but not market it as Tylenol, because that name is trademarked.
How much money are you making from running this channel? That would be authentic to share how much money you earn from your channel. You are not a SAHM if you are a content creator.

Some of the pothos plants have tags that say it’s illegal to propagate. You better be careful.

SAHM means “ stay at home mother.” She’s making content At Home. The opposite would be a working mother, implying she leaves the house to work.
