Thanks Will, i had a toe correction operation and now after 8 months of recovery i have plantar faciitis in both feet. Even my physiotherapist did not explain the exercises to me as you have. I will definitely give these a go. Love all your videos. Just need to save for your book. God bless you for helping so many people.
It is also very useful to massage the soles of your feet, for example, by using the ankles of your clenched fist while sitting on a chair. Walking barefoot at home is also a good training for the feet and improves blood circulation and muscle strength so that you will not suffer anymore from cold feet.
You are totally awesome in how you explain how to do the exercises and what the exercise benefits. I am soon to be 70 years old, a woman that is totally out of shape. Do you have a video or book, that would cover the top exercises that can be done in 30 minutes? Doing all of the exercises covered here in the number of sets recommended would take quite a bit of time. It would be great, to have two or three recommended exercises that could be alternated through the week, so that every muscle and joint was covered by the end of the week. Also, I get awful cramps on the inside of my thighs. What can I do to stop the cramps when it happens and how can I prevent them?
I've been doing the seated towel scrunch for ages now, ever since you showed it as part of a balance video. It absolutely does work for helping with balance! I shall now add the others also Thanks Will! 👍
I got a burst Bakers cyst which is agony in the calf so think calf stretches are out for me but happy to try the toes workouts ,,, Will your simply the best 🥰
🙄Hi Will: I've tried it! The interesting thing about the second exercise was that the first and second time I lifted all my toes (less difficult on my right foot...), 🙄 I kept hearing you... oops... I was only lifting my big toe! (I really like to understand the connections, brain - body!) Thank you.
Something very funny. I have been so lazy all my life that I have continuously picked up object from.the floor with my toes . Therefore ,my feet are in good shape.😂
Great video as always Will. My feet are normally fine but a few weeks ago for the first time ever I suffered with very painful gout in the top of my foot and ankle. I could barely walk. Thankfully it cleared up after a few days with Naproxen and some antibiotics prescribed by my doctor. Btw you have excellent feet 👍😊
A big thanks for this one! Just doing the big toe exercise a few times while watching this made a difference. It appears my left foot is rather disconnected, the right side was fine. I've got to add these to my routine!
Thank You Will, for the fantastic foot exercise 🇸🇪🏆And for all You do for us, over the age of 50 ❤

Dear Mr. Halloween!
Do you have a tip what to do when suffering from plantar-fascitis?
