The comment I was looking for. This is my heart rate for an all-out 10k. When I take things really chill, I stay below 130, sometimes even 120, going about half (!) of my 5k pace.
hey tyler just wanted to say I have a lot of respect for u for continuing to make running videos over the years. I know it's tough to grow your audience, but keep going and I hope you're happy and healthy!
i would've split day 6 so you could get rest in between and keep splitting till you got there instead of all at once. But great effort and video man! keep it up
Nice effort. Forcing yourself to do 10 minute miles on the 8 and 16 mile days might have let you finish 32. I think I could double my miles 8 days in a row, if I started at 1/8 mile. 😅
Mate, treat yourself to a running belt or some shorts with pockets for your keys. Brutal running that far holding a camera and keys. You could also store gels etc
I love your video. That was awesome what you've done! 😉🥳 I've seen on the video, that your heart rate is higher than I've experienced on most of the people I've been following. Could you make video about the high heart rate and how this is affecting your running?
I just ran a trail 50k on Saturday. 32 on the road would've been easier, but running the day after was out of the question. Makes Tara Dower's Appalachian trail record of 52 miles/day for 41 DAYS straight seem even more ridiculous!
I'm gonna give this a shot once I start uploading videos myself. It's on my bucket list for sure. I can do 16 miles now, I can't do 32. I intend to finish my first marathon in 2026 or 2027 which will likely be total chaos and then after that I'll see about starting recording stuff.
Bro your heartrate was very high on those runs! Your easy pace is way below what you were running. You could have recovered much better by going slower. I bet you could have knocked out the 32 at a slower pace. Very solid none the less.
I did one more mile a day over covid. I think I made it through day 17. It's mentally tough as the fatigue builds up because you are only running one more mile but it is feels so much harder each day
2:45 Even with the fact a wrist HR monitor isn't accurate, and even so, an Apple watch wrist HR monitor, 170 BPM HR is still way too high if you're trying to run easy miles.
@@calamityoblivion301Heart rates are different for everyone some people hit 220 max and some hit like 180 at the same age. it just matters how you feel
Bro, After day 5 "that is the longest I've run in a year"? That is crazy. And after every workout your heart rate was in the 180s. You could have made this much easier on yourself if you stayed in your Zone 2 heart rate and slowed the miles down. Obviously it would have still been an incredible challenge, but it would have been far easier on you.
Why risk injuring yourself......please do not do it for any foolish reason.....and i cant think of any reason that is not foolish......i am not hatin, i am cautioning you......keeping it real.....
Do this for a month! On day 30, you'll be running to the sun and back three times over
Yes
@@ØliverMusic15 You'd finish 21129088 miles from the sun going back and forth on day 30

Maybe next time you can do add a mile a day? (1, 2, 3, 4,…31 miles on the last day!)
Des Linden did this successfully. I would be interested to see how far Tyler can go compared to a competitive marathon runner.

How about using the Fibonacci Sequence?.. Less intense maybe?!..
Anyone notate his high ass HR during those easy 1-2-4 mile runs? It was at 187 BPM?
The Fork? Was that cadence locks?
-Could be hot outside (he’s sweating a lot)
-Apple watch heart rate is inaccurate
- He has to record
- Some people naturally have higher heart rates
Tyler- says he wants to take the first few days easy
Also Tyler - finishes 4 mile run with a heart rate of 187

Everyone knows you are supposed to increase mileage by 10% a week. So after one and a half years, you will be safely running 17,300 miles per day.
he is a dickhead lookin for views
Salt tablets are a must for long efforts, especially depleting your body day after day.
It looks extremely hot definitely needs his electrolytes

True, after I ended in the morning, I was thinking I could get back out there and hit the remaining 11 at night, but my body was just wrecked lol
