I am shocked that Gloria Allred, who is a champion of fairness, is taking the side that Alec Baldwin should be prosecuted for the Rust Accident. The only way he would be culpable for murder is if he and Gutierrez had a conspiracy to murder the woman who died, which obviously wasn't the case. Unless some compelling new evidence comes forth to show that Baldwin should have known the gun was unsafe, Baldwin had every right to expect that the gun to be safe. This case makes me suspect that the prosecutor is going forward with this case for political reasons. A sharp investigative reporter should look into this.
