That makes sense. I know he originally had a sub plot about taking out a droid control ship with Plo Koon that got cut. I just assumed it had something to do with that. Like how Palpatine is using Anakin’s saber during a fight in RotS because of cut scenes.
Someone at Hasbro loves Ki Adi and just couldn't let him go lol. Glad he's selling out so I can pass guilt free. Don't need him judging me from the shelf, but doesn't mean I want them to stop knocking out prequel jedi. Luminara and Barriss easily top of my list.
I will take any and all Jedi from Black Series even if they are some of the worst Jedi... like the ones who survived one slash from Sidious! Great review. Hilariousness all around.
I love this new sculpt. I feel like this figure is almost as close to perfection as the glavis ringworld mando, other than the buckles on his boots not being painted. As you stated. That’s just me nitpicking though. Would it have been nice? Ofcourse! But it doesn’t affect the awesomeness of this figure THAT much. I’m also a fan of the thigh swivel but I understand why they’ve steered away from it from some figures like the newer (ahsoka) Hera and Malgus, to prevent splitting/braking the sculpt work. This long (almost 2 year) wait was soooo worth it. BALLLL JOINTEDDDD WRISTSSSS!! BOOOTT SWIVEL!!! Such a dope figgie. Fun and entertaining review man. Sorry for the long comment.

Hello Mike It's been so long since I've watched the prequels, I have forgotten how detrimental Ki-Adi-Mundi was to the Jedi forces. My Ki-Adi-Mundi is currently in my pile of loot at BBTS. His mom was probably one of several woman he had in his family as that planet has lots of ladies. He’s a wealthy traditionalist. He so would say back in my day my father would tell me of the time his father showed him… I know in the old Star Wars before Disney he had a cool Tusken Raider Padawan. It makes me wonder how many Padawans that old fart had before calling that quits. The figure is awesome. I would be happy if Hasbro only made two more Jedi. I really want soft goods for Jedi and Padawan Illuminati Unduli and Bariss Ofee. Those two and I’m good. I can thank Filoni for that. Same for Yaddle and I guess Ethan Koth or whichever shows up in 3D Clone Wares. Pirate big ear Jedi is okay. Tartakovsky made Saessa Tinn cool with that helmet and armor. I think that’s how you spell it. Snakebeard is eh. Jellyfish hair ok I guess. Shakk-ti would be cool but if just one soft good team I want Unduli and Ofee more.
This is the most entertaining, interesting, and funny action figure review I've seen in a long time. All the bio bits and the film clips and your jokes take this review to another level. It also helps too, that the figure is incredible! Keep doing your thing, Mike, and I'll keep watching 👍
Your vids always make me chuckle Mike. Definitely one of the wittiest reviewers out there. The sculpt looks very fine; but I do wish Hasbro would add some shading to bring out the details. Something else they should look at are the soft rubbery material Jada's Street Fighter figs use on their clothing. No problem posing there. As for Ki's and Kit' lightsabre hilts: long and thin gets it in, short and thick, does the trick.😁
Your comment of Bakara being the coolest looking clone in Revenge of the Sith in the newest Black Series Cantina episode was all I could think about after this. Totally unrelated how he and the Galactic Marines took this dude out - completely unrelated 😂🤣

I think it’s something along the lines of what you mentioned… I just don’t like the character very much. But in that same breath I’m happy to have him and hoping these upgrades mean the Jedi figures in the future will follow suit. Great review! I like how you’re incorporating more clips into your videos.

Ki-Adi-Mundi is to Jedi what Fox is to clones, but this figure knocks it out of the park. The new John Jackson Miller novel's got me craving more council members, and if they're half as good as this guy, we're in for a treat
