  • Sorry the video is kind of all over the place. But we begin by test fitting the new bbs wheels to see overall fitment and what's all needed to achieve the fender to lip fitment we want. We begin by adding some camber to the rear, followed by rolling the quarter panels a little, then did a little bit of painting on the waffles to somewhat match the centers.
    Thank you guys for watching!

You make taking off the rear hubs so easy lol I need to get some drop plates and put them on mine cut for my notch up front and lower it some more. Look so good with these wheels though!!

Thanks man!! Aha after doing it a few times, i’ve definitely gotten faster. It really helps mesmerizing the tools needed so everything’s right there ready. Hopefully I got you a bit more inspired to get grinding on that thing!

This is motivating. Amongst the plethora or parts I have waiting, is camber shims for the rear, and broadway springs. I was hesitant because if spacing the caliper too until someone told me to just put the shims behind the plates. I even have that wrench so I don’t have to pull my hubs. Good work bud.

Thanks man! Eventually I’ll probably run the same suspension. I’d love to go static with this setup. But honestly, you only have to shim the caliper bracket only if you add extra camber in front of the drop plate. If you add camber behind the plate, it’ll change the angle of the brack carrier already. If that makes sense in words lol

@@BMSmouthers yeah I have caliper shims too, job was still intimidating. Now that I know about shims behind the plate, I’m good. I dope I don’t need to correct for toe. I’m just adding 2 degrees camber each side behind idf plates. Last alignment I was at 3.5 so I hope to land at 5. I have broadway springs to add so when I get there I hope to get the fitment I want and not beat up the fender too much.

Hi, in the front you can have the SRS Wide fender. It will give you a bit more of clearance because that set is made to be on that car :) Hope you find a solution :)

thanks man! I'm aware of the wider fenders they produce for these cars. I know they're very hard to source and the price of them definitely isn't cheap. I ended up getting the car to sit fender to lip with some height adjustment, but it still pushes out my fenders since I have to run such a large spacer to clear brakes unfortunately

Hey dude! Can I ask what roof rack you are using? Thank you!
