It looks to me like she's surrounded by an oval area of real grapes or grape-like physical objects (plastic or whatever), but beyond that, I think they've computer-generated the rest. I could be wrong, though.
This is some of my favourite vocal melodic composition from Tati, & I love her extensive use of her *gorgeous* head voice in this piece, a piece of her vocal repertoire that we've heard very little of up to now. That section with the combined guitar & bass tapping with great tom drum groove is incredible, & I love the Opethy outro. Even the stripped down, simple chuggy riffs in the last two heavy sections are a welcome addition, as Jinjer fans usually have to struggle to head bang to Jinjer's weird rhythms & unusual, shifting time signatures (which I also love, of course). This is a *great* song, destined to be a Jinjer classic, IMO.
They've already performed this song live, and it sounds great!

It is really a brave song about people struggling with alcoholism. The Green Serpent is an Eastern European metaphor for alcoholism. (Tatiana has posted that she is 2 years sober). She and the band have a lot of talent but it takes guts to expose one's struggles. Good reaction
