Great work guys I made up my own beginners routine consisting of regular bounce, running in place , boxer and Criss cross,and I'm spent. But I plan to step it up as my stamina and skill increase. Thanks again.

Thanks for the love brother! We recommend eating after your workout so you burn additional fat from being fasted during your workout. Only do this however if you feel you have enough energy to workout fasted. Some coffee beforehand is fine :)

What kind of training would you recommend to look great but without stunting my growth? Ive been doing push pull leg with only bodyweight exercises from monday to saturday and resting sunday. No jump rope yet because i havent got a good one, going to buy one. So what would you say? How many days of strength training and how many days of jump rope?
Whats up dude!? Bodyweight exercises are a great place to start for someone your age! These workouts also incorporate both jump rope and bodyweight exercises (for all muscle groups) so I would actually recommend just doing these 20-30min workouts 3-4x per week. I'm not necessarily looking at the screen when I'm concentrating on jumping so I don't know when the rest begins. I end up jumping for 2 minutes wondering when we are going to stop. Could you put some beeps or let us know when the rest period starts?

Ankit Goel - we skip on concrete, but our feet have been conditioned over 3+ years of jumping.. IF you are new(er) to jump rope, opt for a softer surface (if posslbe).

Great q gurjeet! We still lift weights a few times per week to maintain muscle mass and strength (sometimes once per week, soemtimes 3x per week depending on our travel schedule). however, a majority of our exercise is done through jump rope workouts (like the ones on this channel), lots of pullups / pushups, hip hop dancing and a variety of other adventuring / hiking / walking etc. It's all about moving in a variety of fun ways so you never get bored :)
