For mounting GoPro/camera inside rental planes, I use a collapsible/adjustable shower curtain rod from the dollar store placed between the floor and ceiling inside the plane between left and right seats with the bottom placed just behind the fire extinguisher. GoPro handlebar mount on the curtain rod clamped around the ceiling end of the curtain rod.
