For sure..and it seems as if Paul was shocked that his son's team won..of course we can't see the whole game but it seems his kid is balling and getting W's.
when Jace's game comes on I mute the sound. Moma' scream sets my hearing aids to buzzing. Like the ball games show.....and of course all the towing vids.
Hunter's face was like: (a) mover guy dropping a grand piano at the top of the stairs (b) a mover guy watching a grand piano roll down a stairs, run over his helper, fly out the front door and take out the mailbox at the end of the driveway. (c) a mover guy watching a grand piano roll down the street, run over a pedestrian, hit a cop car, then roll over a cliff and explode while taking out two kayakers in the river below.. (c) all of the above
I've got an 89 2500 Suburban and 3 K30s (1983, 84, and 87). All big block and all 4x4. Rusty, crusty, and tough as nails. They never let me down, and I have less than 10 grand in all 4.
@@genehart261 My 09 Dodge 2500 has a manual with a granny low, and I love it. I do not live in an urban area, so the manual is not an issue as we don't have 10 miles of rush hour 2 MPH bumper to bumper traffic. IF we did have that, I would drive my 02 Jeep. I realize that my Dodge is not a square body, but it rides soooooo much better than my old square body Dodge. I had a square body Chevy Camper Special, but it had 2 fuel tanks, and it needed 2 fuel tanks. It got 6 MPG. My Dodge gets 18-25 depending on my speed. I have heard/seen so many bad things about new pickups that I can truthfully say that I will never have one. I watched a body shop YT channel, and what he had to do to just install an outside door latch, and all of the snap-in plastic pieces on the outside of the body was a deal-breaker for me.
1: Landon hitting Paul is one of my favorite videos. 2: We’re packing up in Iowa tonight to head for Glamis! Can’t wait to meet you guys! Note: I told my friend we cannot get stuck somewhere in S. Utah cuz everyone that could save us will be gone 😂😂😂
I kind of agree, certainly fewer meddling electronics to get in the way or fail, but put some slightly larger tyres with a decent tread on the Forerunner and it would cope just fine, or as it's a rental, perhaps they should have rented snow chains, job's a goodun!
I love the builds and all, but something about the wood truck is just a sight to behold. It has an old school ruggedness to it, and being reliable is just adds to its character.
4 seasons in Utah. Summer, Fall, Winter and Mud. Edit to Add: This channel is turning into a pretty good little recruiting video highlight channel for Jace's B-ball career...
Three Guy's in a pickup, which one is the real man? The one in the middle of course, He doesn't have to do the driving, and he doesn't need to mess with the gates. You guys rock!
When you got the Chevy first stuck the look on Hunter's face was priceless ! He looked like he bit into a poop sandwich. He knew he was going to get dirty.
Man, I know it's a pain cleaning the FJ and the Wrecker, but it seems like not using the wrecker defeats the point of having it! We love seeing those rigs in action
Hunter's faces throughout the video were hilarious, Jace is sure tearing up the court, Landon is turning into a real grownup, and Paul and Sean both stayed calm as ever.
Hey Paul. We love your videos. We go out in our rzr and our xj. We always carry a Sat phone in hard case . We got a base plan for $ 56 bucks a month with every penny. . Sure beats walking for a signal. lol Just saying thanks for sharing your lives . 👍👍👍
There are lots of laughs and lots of getting stuck in the mud. The best of all is when you saved those people. The free truck needs something fixed. Thank you for sharing! 😊
I can see both sides of the debate ! I myself would do the same , bring the free truck because you don't care about it butt breaking down is worse . Idk ?
The reality is that whatever truck gets driven gets broken. The axle that snapped was new. The same thing could have happened to the new axle in the tow truck or FJ. In fact, with their more powerful engines that sort of failure is *more* likely, not less. One of the things that I like about Fab Rats is that they remind me of my grandpa and my uncle. No sense using the expensive rig for a job that the farm truck can handle. I personally like how Paul gets the job done with stuff that other people have tossed out. He can't help himself either. He's even steam cleaning the carpets in that old girl.
Good recovery, when it rains, it pours, sometimes when you have an arsenal of vehicles, things are bound to break! It's a good thing you have the Fab Rats business and the means to fix them when they break! Catch you on the next. ✌️ 😊
On that 4Runner, if you press and hold the traction button near the steering wheel, wait for a light on the dash to come on and go solid. This will engage the Torsen center differential. Congrats, you're now driving a body on frame J150 Land Cruiser that is more capable than the rescue vehicle and woulda easily drove out of there.
You can't blame the free truck, for your unreasonable expectations. When you go out of your way, to test trucks beyond their limits. It's a free truck with some upgrades!
Here's a tip from New Zealand, where I live we have snow and mud just like this. Get some old school ladder snow chains (not the newer light weight diamond pattern ones), they work in slick mud just like they do in snow. You would have walked out of there if you were chained up with those. The newer diamond pattern chains are great for hard pack snow and ice, but for deep snow/mud like this you can't beat beefy old school ladder chains.
You guys have an AMAZING team!!! You really know how to pick'em in a good way!!! I miss Ben but I really enjoy Shawn!!! Oh and hunter but granny takes the cake!!!! And Michelle..... you're AWESOME as well!!! Keep up the good work
Wow this ended up being a tough recovery of the Toyota after losing the CV shaft failed on the FREE TRUCK. Hey things happen in the snow and mud that stresses parts out sometimes. Enter the WOOD TRUCK old reliable to the rescue and she got em out and on their way. Good video Landon, Sean and Hunter replaced the cv shaft and the Free truck is back in business.
Great seeing Hunter and Landon working with Sean and getting hands on experience on the free truck!!......Good job on that challenging recovery!!.....Great to see more of Jace while playing ball!!......He's pretty good!!
The do make a better CV axle then the regular ones you buy. My son had to buy some for his truck because of the 6 inch suspension lift and his mud tires. The woods truck is a beast I love it.Glad you's all got out

Love to watch Hunters face when he’s driving! 😅 Worth a million bucks but he always comes through. Great guy that Hunter! 👍 Awesome video too guys, just proves the old “Get er Done!” Motto! Fabrats is my favorite RUclips channel by far!
Hunter is a great kid, Paul. He’s always game to go wherever and do whatever, and he jokes about it rather than complain. I think you need to keep him and give him a cut.

Hunters face will always describe the situation..words are not needed.
I love watching Hunters expressions. It says it all 😂
When I was young. I looked forward to watching Saturday morning cartoons....now its Fab Rats that makes me get up early...
Couldn't agree more
Right there with you, especially when they cut to a black and white picture, yeah I’m old.
Like watching Little House on the Prairie, lot's of family values a sprinkle of comedy with a little bit country and a little bit rock n' roll. ❤❤❤

Idk what is it, but any video with the ol' woodtruck just brings me joy!
That's when they made trucks

It's the sight and sound 😂 I love the open wood truck it's a beast
Good ole square bodies!!! Gotta love em!
You gotta love the old Squarebody 45 plus years old still kicking.
They will be still kicking when the new trucks are in the crusher!!!
Yes! Too many of them have become museum pieces, love the granny-gear 4 speed.

It was the sound that put that look on his face, the camera mic didn't pick it up so well.
