- You can now print off your Dye Sublimation printer onto Flock sheets! With Subli-Flock 5902, you are able to print onto A4 (8.5" x 11") size paper that is made out of white flock. It's a heat-sealable polyester white flock that is developed for dye-sublimation transfer-printing. It is compatible with SawGrass SG400 printers so a wide format printer isn’t required! With this product, you are able to print directly to the flock using your dye sublimation printer, cut around your design using your plotter and then press to your garments.

Can you run subliflock through an Epson 2720 printer ?
no, that is an inkjet printer. Subliflock needs dye sublimation ink.
What settings should use? I keep getting a paper jam when trying to print?

I've have ordered it and tried it....great but the only problem is....should I allow the sub ink to dry? I waited about 30 minutes and still smudged a bit in the cutter.
What printer were you using it might need to dry longer.

is there any application tape that work with this product?
I love subliflock, but anytime I need to press a designs with multiple part I need to "eyeball" it because any Application Tape I use doesn't stick to it
I would say your best option would be to use 850 transfer mask, but I would test it out with a small amount first. We haven't done any testing of transfer mask on subliflock. www.heattransferwarehouse.com/850-clear-printable-transfer-mask/

Can I print with Epson ET2800 ?
It has sublimation ink
It should be able to, but I have never tested it on that specific printer. I would recommend getting a 10 pack to test it out for yourself.

I recently purchased subli-flock from heat transfer warehouse. Great product, but does anybody by chance know how to get the rollers to not pick up ink and cause lines on the the paper? I use a Epson printer
Your question is no for me but I wiil give you idea. This material I think work sawgrass sg400 and sublimation Ink only.This material work nice colors.
Move the rollers out to the side, then move them back. I actually marked my bar with a sharpie so I know where to put them back too. I do a lot of leather, and if you leave the rollers there, it will really mar the leather.

What program do u use to put the cut marks
Our designers use Adobe Illustrator paired with Graphtec Cutting Master to put the Registration Marks on the design
What is treated polyester?
Polyester that has a coating on it that may keep it from accepting HTV since it makes it very smooth.
Whats the difference between this and easysubl??
Subliflock will have the feel of a flock, and easysubli will have the feel of an HTV.
@@HeatTransferWarehouse haha I have no idea what flock feels like didn't even no,it was a thing.can I use flock with sublimation ink ? And in your opinion what is better flock or easysubl for tshirts
@@cohenturner2707 You can't use sublimation on every flock. to sublimate on flock, it need to stay solid during the process of sublimation. most flock and vinyl melt way before the 200°C needed to achieve sublimation.
If you don't use heat resisting flock it will melt and stick to your transfer paper.
So far the only flocks I know that can be sublimated on are
Easysubli
Subliflock
Fiberplus
and SubliSparkle
Personnaly I love Subliflock even with the issue I still have with transfer tape

I haven't try Fiberplus yet but if it work as advertised I have a feeling i'm going to love it too
