SUBLI-FLOCK 5902 A4

Heat-sealable Polyester flock (white, 640 µ) covered with a silicon paper with good flatness. Especially developed for sublimation print. It is also suitable for screen printing as well as direct printing with UV inks. Due to the fibre density, a photo-realistic print resolution with a semi-matt finish is achieved.

More details on removing the backing? I am unable to remove the backing after getting my design pressed onto the flock

Thanks for your message. Indeed after the sublimation the hotmelt is very soft and extremely anchored on the silicone-paper.
The hotmelts needs some time to „recover“. I would recommend at least min four hours before cutting.

In the video we use a Ricoh Aficio SG 3110 dn and a CAMM-1 Servo GS-24. Of course you can use other options in your home market.

Hallo Cornelia, danke für deine Frage.
5901 ist als Rollenware erhältlich und wird üblicher Weise auf einem SILIKON-PAPIER (weiß) geliefert.
5902 hingegen wird im DIN A4-Format konfektioniert ist mit einem selbst-klebenden PET Film ausgerüstet.
Dieser ermöglicht eine deutlich bessere Planlage und eine direkte Bedruckung in einem Sublimations-Drucker.
Ansonsten ist der eigentliche Flock identisch.

@@bastelconny Theoretisch wäre ein Direktdruck mit 5901 in Format geschnitten, je nach verwendetem Drucker, auch machbar.
Jedoch kann es beim eigenständigen Schneiden auf A4-Format zu Ausfransungen kommen. Diese Ausfransungen und die schlechtere Planlage können bei einigen marktüblichen Druckern Probleme bereiten.
Um diese Problemen zu vermeiden haben wir 5902 entwickelt. Sollte trotzdem 5901 für den Direktdruck verwendet werden empfehlen wir vorab unbedingt einen Testdruck durchzuführen.
