Oh I’ve tried the Siser easysubli and I cannot get the backing off of it plus I had a terrible time of weeding it it was so hard to weed. Could you give me any ideas as to why this happened? Like different things maybe the temperature I stored it at etc....

How is this any different than using a plain color printer and printing onto printable vinyl? Nothing is sublimated here other than using sublimation inks but the sublimation process has never happened.
Printable vinyl will not work with a water based or toner ink printer. If you happen to get the design to transfer over it will wash right off.

With an image that will need to be cut, I’m assuming it shouldn’t be an image that has special effects...like smoke, flames, sparks, etc, right? I think It’s hard to explain when I don’t have an example. However, I’m guessing if the image can’t be easily cut out, I should just press the whole sheet, right?
You may want to add a border around your effects or for example if you are going on a black shirt maybe add black border around the effects and cut around that border so when it is pressed on the shirt the black will not be as noticeable and now you have something to cut instead of leaving the full white background or box from the sheet.

what can you offer to those of us who can't afford the very expensive Sawgrass printers? My plan is to convert an epson 7710. I also have a cricut maker but hope to purchase a Silhouette Cameo next spring when they come out with the larger size.
What if you dont have a sublimation printer but have pre printed infusible inks and sublimation sheeting that you want to add to the Siser EasySubli? I work with 100% cotton which scorches very easily so double heating is a concern. What recommendations do you have for heating time for applying the blank subli vinyl to the article of clothing then applying then heating the sublimation image on the easy Subli? Unacceptable answers are 1) “get a sublimation printer” i am not a millionaire and even $200 is like a million dollars to me. 2) get someone else to print onto said easySubli (there is no one else and i cant pay for it. 3) you can’t. Please give details as to how long to apply blank and temp and how long to heat apply ink and temp. Very much appreciate it. Thank you.
Do you cut the vinyl after printing or after letting the ink dry.stupid I know but I have to ask because you went straight to the weeding process
Yes, wait at least 2 hours before using the printed EasySubli vinyl within your cutter. You could also place the printed EasySubli vinyl, print face up under your heat press for 1-2 minutes before using. The ink could smear if not dry.
@@ProWorldInc Hi, I am still a little confused. If I let it sit under the heat press for 1-2 minutes should I still let it sit 2 hours before cutting? I let it sit under the press for several minutes and it still seems to be wet.
@@dvmonroe5452 you will not be able to cut the vinyl until the ink is dry. If you may need to change your print setting if the ink is not drying over after 2 hours. What ink/printer are you working with?
@@ProWorldInc I am using an ET -3760 with sub ink. I let it sit about 15 mins under the heat press but it was still wet.
@@dvmonroe5452 you may need to check your print /paper settings for your epson printer. We suggest using the plain paper setting with the quality set to standard.

Material: Heat Transfer Flocked
Speed: 8

I can't get the subli-vinyl to stick to the "high-tack" mask purchased by Brilliant Vinyl. I'm applying sufficient pressure across the mask. I'm getting aggravated. Plz HELP!

Hi, what do you mean by Easy Subli inks? Is it a fancy way to say regular sublimation ink (im using an Epson ecotank 15000 with sub ink)..!
Easysubli is a specially formulated ink for the Sawgrass Virtuoso Easysubli system.
So does it mean ecotank is not compatible
What is the feel of this vinyl? Is the thickness comparable to regular Siser Easyweed?
This vinyl has a very soft feel. It feels softer then Siser Easyweed vinyl.
I can’t get the ink to dry enough and always gets ink on my Cricut rollers. I put under my heat press. How long does it need to dry? Help!
Hi Jill, The ink should cure under the hot heat press for about 1 minute. Be sure not to exceed 311degF. Then let the vinyl sit to dry on its own. Since room temperature, humidity, etc. will vary, we recommend letting it sit for 1-2 hours.
So this is essentially just printable vinyl? How does it differ from Starcraft printable vinyl for darks?
Hi, EasySubli requires sublimation inks for printing. We do not carry Starcraft, but it is our understanding that a regular inkjet printer works with it.
Can this be used with Epson ET2650 sub printer?
After it’s press once do you have to press it again for a few seconds ?

wow i wish i could get my easysubli to release to the mask like that, i have tried every setting and it still wont release using a mask.... any suggestions.
Here are some tips to try when the mask won't adhere to the easysubli vinyl. 1. Check cut force to make sure not cutting too deep into the carrier backing leaving a score mark the EasySubli® may get pinched into or latch on to making masking difficult.
2. Do not use a squeegee when applying the mask, use palm of hand and rub hand over mask in same direction.
3. Once mask is properly on, let sit for a few minutes to let the mask bond with the EasySubli®.
4. If the design is one piece it can be picked up and placed on the garment.
5. Make sure the heat press does not exceed 311F when the ink is drying.

Can you use theaak more than once or you have to buy 2 papers for every use
You will need the Easysubli vinyl as well as the Easysubli mask for each use. They are not reusable.
What is the setting to do the cut when using the cameo or Cricut? When I ordered I did not get the mask, any reason why when it is expensive?

Do we always have to use the mask?
If you are doing solid shapes you can remove the Easysubli from the sheet and transfer it by hand to your garment. Otherwise, if the image has multiple pieces, cuts, etc, the mask is necessary to transfer to the shirt.

What the temperature to dry the ink? I try that and my easy subli got stuck.
The ink can dry at the 311-degree temperature you already have the heat press set at for pressing. If you are still having trouble please send an email to service@proworldinc.com with your order number and the settings you are using to apply.
when you buy easi subli does it come with the easy subli mask,or do you buy the mask seperate?

So I’m printing with my sublimation printer . Do I change the setting of the ink or do I do something different because when it comes out it is very wet even after an hour of drying I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong
If you are using the Sawgrass printer with Sublijet inks, you will want to select heat transfer vinyl as your substrate. You will also want to put the vinyl under a hot heat press (do not close) for 1 minute to cure, and then let it dry for 1-2 hours before cutting it.
So this allows us with silhouette cameo 3s the comfort of somewhat enjoying sublimation instead of spending $6000 or more?
When working with your silhouette cameo, you will be able to contour cut around a printed image. There are a few papers / vinyl on the market that can do this, but this system allows you to work with sublimation ink and print directly on the vinyl. Other printable vinyls in the market require eco solvent or solvent printers which could be very costly. What substrate do you select when printing from the SG400 to easysubli vinyl?
If you already have the VPM downloaded you will need to set the option for Siser so you receive the easysubli print profile.
you should have the VPM loaded at the bottom right corner of your computer screen
right click on it
go to options
edition
type in Siser
this will create a new profile for you
How do you adjust the color in my sawgrass printer? The red is a peach color.

Can you use the a leftover sticky piece from regular the vinyl?
Unfortunately, that will not work well. The mask will be necessary.

SubliJet HD can be used on the EasySubli vinyl, however the optimal output can be achieved using the EasySubli inkset in conjunction with the instructions provided by Siser and the custom profile in Sawgrass VPM 6.5. Some shift in color may occur when using Sublijet HD inks.
@@ProWorldInc I'm having issues with the ink looking blurry and wet printed on my SG800. I'm using Sawgrass SubliJet HD inks just to test the product but the prints are not looking great. Btw I'm using the Virtuoso Print Manager and have tried several settings but nothing is working. Where can I get the custom profile? - Thanks for any help.
Approx. how many sheets can you print from one set of ink?
There is not a set number of sheets as ink usage can vary greatly from designs to design sizes. It should take a few months before you run out of ink and it is very rare to run out of all inks at the same time.
Can the easy mask be resued a few times?
The easysubli mask is a one time use.

The durability and longevity is similar to Easyweed vinyl.
Can someone please help me with this.....I bought the siser easy subli. but i can't get it to work with my cricut maker........I also have a epson c88 sublimation printer......I watched a lot of the tutorials but it doesn't show how to set up your cricut maker to print on the subli. vinyl. Any help would be so appreciated.

why when I use the easy subli the ink stays wet and it don't dry?
For best results, use the EasySubli ink with the EasySubli vinyl, and place the printed image under the heat press for a few minutes to dry. How well does it wash?
It holds up great in the wash! Wait 24 hours after applying the vinyl to the garment before washing. Wash using cold water.

How well does it interface with Cricut design space. I’ve always had color issues with the print and cut option.
I am sorry. We have not worked with this product with Cricut design space as we do not sell Cricut products.

We do not have already created designs but we do sell a sample pack of 5 Easysubli sheets and 5 mask sheets if you wish to test it yourself.

How long does it last?
It can last very long on the shirt and go through many washes.
Can the Easy Mask be reused?
No it can not be reused.
No, it cannot be reused as it tends to have ink residue leftover on the mask when heated.
Can I us a cricut
Yes, a Cricut cutter can be used with this vinyl.

Yea that mask never works. I have tried abs waisted so much money for it not to work
So siser easysubli is useless if you are poor and dont have a sublimation printer. Well off to get a refund waste of money thanks.

Another option for printing on cotton is to use transfer papers instead of relying on sublimation. Transfer papers are designed for your standard inkjet or laser printers and can print on cotton, cotton/ poly blends.
