You forgot Hopeless Cream ending, you get it by dying with Amy on Prison Tower (and not continuing) or failing the QTE in Aqua Lake, you still need to get the flame ring in both ways, otherwise Cream will get frostbiten along with Amy or Tails doll will kill Cream, getting automatically the worst/carnage ending
