Playing this song with my two other cousins. I’ll be playing John’s part with the chords and my acoustic, while my older cousin plays George’s part with the riffs on his classical and my other older cousin plays the same chords on her ukulele.
My first memories as a child of 5 in 1968 were of playing my mother's Beatles albums over and over day after day and singing along. After 30 years as a radio DJ your perfect lesson has allowed me to come full circle and play this classic correctly. THANK YOU!
Im mexican, and your english is so clear that its easy to follow your instruccions, and your guitar skills are very helpfull rob, thanks so much..keep going on..!!
Thank you Alastair, I truly hope that these lessons are enjoyed for years to come, so I'll keep putting all my energy into them. Be well and enjoy your practice -Rob
Does it get any better? Such a beautiful Song by one of the greatest Bands… And as a Bonus, an in depth lesson by one of the greatest Guitar Instructors on the entire internet… A BIG THANK YOU ROB!
What a beautiful song. The two acoustic guitars playing together, and Paul’s voice. They were ahead of there times. Thanks, For the lessen. You make it easy to learn,!, Ralph
Wow dude! For some reason had this song in my head this morning, thought I would check it out on RUclips and found the best guitar teacher! Great stuff, I'm onboard! Thank you 🎶🎸
You might not be reading this comment, but I wanted to thank you for everything you do. I couldn't be more grateful to you. Eventhough I can't play Em shaped barre chords very well yet, I still learn songs which contain them because your lessons are so easy to understand. And in a way, they helped me overcome my fear of barre chords because earlier, I would just abandon songs that contained them. But with your help, I'm becoming a better rhythm guitarist with each lesson. Thank you for taking the time to post these amazing lessons, the best on RUclips. The great thing about you is that you explain *everything*, while other teachers on RUclips may skip some parts. Also, glad to know you're a Beatles' fan! Thank you.
Hi Rob it’s been a while since I first came across with your lessons and I keep coming back for more until I decided to become a patron it’s a bargain for the tons of knowledge that you contribute and make it so easy to understand thank you so much for your efforts and brilliant contributions for us.
Wow, amazing lesson! I am only a beginner, and i have been struggeling with barre chords for awhile. But with the way you explain and show things i am not only able to learn this great song, but im finally getting the hang of barre chords too! Thanks alot for the lesson🙌😄 Subscribed 👍
Hello Robert, Hope all is well. I made it as far as George's solo & the chord chord progression modulating up today. I'll tackle that portion tomorrow. Thank you very much for this most excellent lesson! By4now, Dave in the Adirondacks
I frequent your channel some but your are my go to to learn song I think over a year ago I thought I could learn this song but I saw a different vedio you made on this song I learned it quick I also learned Imagine and playing the blues from you the reason now I'm geting it quick is I been practicing and my instructor is geting some negative feed back but for a long time I was stuck and what I leared from this instructor he advertise all over the internet I made it possible and your vedios help me learn whole songs I had a major breakthrew now I can play what I love thanks....Roland
Hearing Kurt Cobains cover of this is amazing since I'm not usually a fan of Beatles cover songs since they don't sound that great but Kurt's is amazing it's so raw and so much pain in his voice which makes it sound very haunting.
A totally awesome lesson, you definitely explained all the parts perfectly, thank you for your talent with the guitar and sharing this great performance !

Very, very nice. I always thought the last riff of the solo took them back to the original key. I learned from you tonight that the last verse and outro stay in the half step up key change! Either way, I love that minor to major finish.
Amazing video man the lesson is very well put together, in depth and very easy to understand. I am currently learning this with my friend as I think it is a great song for 2 acoustic guitars. One change that I believe sounds pleasant is at the end of the bridge instead of just ending with 2 measures of B you could do one measure of B and then B7. When I listen to the song that’s what it sounds like to me. Liked and subscribed looking forward to watching more of your lessons!! :)
